This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer at NX Automotive Logistics USA, Inc. located in East Liberty, OH. The Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to automotive logistics and packaging, including analyzing and optimizing supply chains, developing efficient packaging solutions, and implementing process improvements. • Facilitate regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to assess the status of integration projects, update timelines, and address any challenges encountered during the integration phases. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is responsible for performing duties to ensure the reliability and support of the business systems network for our customers whether internal or external. This includes and is not limited to the following:
WAN Administration, LAN Administration, Remote Access Administration and administration of regional network Internet, VPN, and Zero Trust configuration
Establish and configure networks for organization-wide use
Maintain reliable system performance by actively monitoring error logs and user-reported network issues
Conduct regular tests to ensure that the system meets expectations for speed, security, and reliability

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree in Computer Science or MIS, Industry Certification; or combination of education and experience
Proven experience managing and troubleshooting large and complex networks
Comprehensive knowledge of network administration, and related network hardware and software with Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba, etc.
Experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 Switch programming (3 years)
Current industry certifications preferred such as Cisco certified network admin (CCNA), CompTIA Sec+
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (including Visio & Project)
Ability to multitask, adjust to change, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Must be able to complete complex projects with minimal to no supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to end users both on-site and remote

ABOUT THE JOB WHAT YOU'LL DO
We are seeking an RTC Systems Administrator to maintain and support Anduril's AV infrastructure, ensuring all conferencing systems are operational and users are well-trained. The position is based at our Costa Mesa headquarters but may involve travel to other sites.
Oversee AV infrastructure across the organization, including hardware in conference rooms, All-Hands spaces, and training rooms.
Keep systems updated with the latest operating systems, software, and applications to ensure availability during business hours.
Provide specialized support for a variety of AV events, from podcasts to large-scale conferences.
Design and install AV systems utilizing a standard design concept across a variety of work spaces.
Assist in the coordination and implementation of new office, production floors, warehouses and other spaces requiring AV installations.
Maintain the operability of meeting spaces, delivering swift resolutions to any technical issues.
Address technical problems, including hardware, software, network, and service interruptions.
Support end-users with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV systems.
Escalate complex issues to relevant vendors or internal teams as required.
Be available for weekly on-call duties to provide continuous system support.
Travel as needed for new office setups and remote AV requirements. (Up to 30% Travel)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated expertise in AV system administration.
Familiarity with AV software and conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, OBS, Wirecast).
Knowledge of AV equipment (Mixers, Mics, Cameras, Crestron, QSYS, etc.).
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with capacity to perform under pressure.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Experience with physical LV, AV, or other IT installation
Experience managing contractors for events or construction projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working with variations of ticketing systems
Effective organizational skills, managing your time, tasks, and resources to boost productivity, meet deadlines, and achieve goals
Experience with manufacturing AV systems

US Salary Range$52,000-$69,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. What You'll Bring:
High School diploma or GED and four (4) year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Preferred minimum of seven years of overall professional experience in the systems administration field with five years of overall experience in Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems.
Preferred - Minimum five (5) years of experience with electronic security systems, specifically hands-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with Intrusion Detection Systems, Access Control Systems and Closed Caption TV, specifically with Lenel OnGuard. Preferred Lenel OnGuard Certified Expert (LCE) certification.
Must have Secret clearance.
Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
