Job Description
HII is looking for a part-time Systems Architecture Subject Matter Expert with a TS/SCI clearance to support the Strike Systems Program Office located at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The Chief Engineer/SME- level candidate, with engineering skills and credentials, will have knowledge and experience establishing, building, fielding, and sustaining secure, trusted, core processing architectures and networks to include:
+ Development and definition of computer systems and software to include Safety Critical Functions and thread analysis;
+ Working knowledge and application of Mil-Hdk-516 Section 15 Software airworthiness principles;
+ Definition and development of open mission systems architecture standards;
+ Identification of weapon system cyber (IA) boundaries and definition and approval of security controls for each boundary consistent with the Intelligence Community Directive 503 Risk Management Framework;
+ Development and coordination of comprehensive weapon system interoperability exchange requirements;
+ Expert knowledge of managing the development of state-of-the-art, secure, resilient, interoperable and scalable ground-support system networks.

Essential Job Responsibilities
+ Support development and review of the full range of documentation and products required by DoDI 5000.02.
+ Assist with execution of the USAF Airworthiness process per MIL-HDBK-516 and the AF Life-Cycle Systems Engineering (LCSE) and Operational Safety, Suitability, and Effectiveness (OSS&E) processes as prescribed by AFMCI 63-1201.
+ Support implementation of Air Force Integrity Programs.
+ Support requirements development, allocation, and verification.
+ Review and evaluation of weapon system design, analyses, and verification documentation and reports.
+ Gather and develop technical and business data necessary to build and, as required, present program briefs.
+ Support program meetings, working groups, and technical and business reviews as needed.
+ Analyze equipment and software performance deficiencies and make recommendations for corrective actions.
+ Support development of contract and documentation changes and updates.
+ Support source selections in a technical advisory role as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Subject Matter Expert (SME) must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or science and 25 years of relevant DoD experience.
+ Ten (10) of these years must be broad, proven experience in government or industry leadership roles on major ACAT I aircraft development programs with at least two (2) years SAP experience.
+ Active TS/SCI clearance

Job Description
* Administers large-level-risk transactions for clients with the goal of minimizing losses and optimizing resolutions.
* Gathers financial data, prepares analysis and develops workout strategy and alternatives for a portfolio. Reviews relevant documents and transaction deal structure.
* Negotiates workout options with customers to reduce risks and losses. Works with internal and external business partners and borrowers to better secure collateral coverage. Adheres to established policies, procedures and regulations.
* Evaluates an asset or the customer's cash flow, balance sheet, long-term business plans and other relevant financial information.

Base Salary: $65,000.00 - $151,800.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
