• Build automated workflows and API-driven processes that reduce manual effort, eliminate redundant work, and improve data accuracy.

The SystemEngineer will provide technical support to new and existing customers in their efforts to successfully integrate the company's currency handling device and/or palm vein scanner device into the target product and network/software application.
Responsibilities include:
Technical support to sales team throughout the Americas
Supporting major sales initiatives by attending client meetings and monitor client project status.
Supporting customer technical Q&A and issues via phone, email, on-site

Work closely with local Product Management in the life cycle management of the product/device.

● Ownership of key electrical sub-systems and functionals within new DC high power charging products ● Delivery of electrical hardware and charging functions by co-ordinating cross functional decision making between hardware and software teams ● Ownership of requirements development and coordination of sign off across multiple teams including vehicle, cloud and mobile ● Contribute to architecture development and electrical system-level design for all charging products ● Analyze and evaluate design impacts associated with alternate designs or new components and vendors. ● Collaborate with validation teams on system/sub-system plans for requirement traceability.
