This position is for a Senior Systems Administrator supporting the Windows team. This is currently a mixed and growing environment of Windows 2019 and Windows 2022. This position will work with the existing Windows team to manage, maintain, deploy, troubleshoot, and support servers for a mixed customer environment. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

New York City Metro Area:
$273,200.00 - $442,600.00
Non-Metro New York state & Washington state:
$267,600.00 - $390,300.00

As an Endpoint Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune, and IBM BigFix platforms and respective endpoint deployments across all enclaves and classification levels of the FBI. This includes the maintenance of existing platforms, upgrades to new versions, enhancements such as enabling HA and clustering, new from-scratch deployments, and engineering of future solutions for improvements. This position requires active Top-Secret clearance and is on-site. We are hiring in Pocatello, Idaho or in Clarksburg, WV.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain deployments and collections using MECM and BigFix.
Provide endpoint management to workstations and servers.
Perform patch management for servers, workstations, and infrastructure devices.
Troubleshoot any deployment issues.
WSUS administration.
Configure and troubleshoot all components of an enterprise MECM and/or BigFix deployment, to include SQL Server backend, distribution points, collections, task sequences, etc.
Support and update AV.
Ensure servers, workstations and infrastructure devices have latest approved patches.
Automate procedures and tasks using scripts.
Troubleshoot and evaluate client logs and identify problems.
Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI/CI Poly eligibility
8+ years directly related industry experience (preferred endpoint-related system administration)
Desired Skills:
