Primary Purpose of Position
Performs advanced regulatory/licensing/technical problem solving and provides analysis/insights in support of department, nuclear plant and fleet regulatory activities. Responsible for regulatory/technical decisions. Possesses excellent knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application and has detailed knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations as well as Constellation licensing and regulatory processes.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Provide in-depth regulatory/technical expertise to develop, manage and implement regulatory analyses, activities and programs.
Provide regulatory/technical expertise and consultation through direct involvement to identify and resolve regulatory issues.
Provide complete task management of regulatory issues.
Perform regulatory and department related tasks as assigned by supervision
Accountable for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work ensuring proper licensing basis management and assuring that standard design criteria, practices, procedures, regulations and codes are used in preparation of products.
Perform independent research, reviews, studies and analyses in support of regulatory/technical projects and programs.
Recommend new concepts and techniques to improve performance, simplify operation, reduce costs, reduce regulatory burden, correct regulatory non-compliances, or comply with changes in codes or regulations.
Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience

Lead and participate in reservoir engineering studies focused on optimizing ultimate recovery through reservoir stimulation modeling of various Improved Oil Recovery (IOR) processes.
Engage in professional development activities, such as: participating in technical societies and groups, sharing expertise, and mentoring young engineers to foster growth and excellence within the organization.
Minimum Requirements
As a successful candidate you will hold a:
Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related Engineering discipline from an accredited university. Advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience including at least 7 years specializing in oil reservoir management.
Training history of appropriate specialized courses and seminars is expected.
Knowledge of open-hole and cased-hole logs, geological modeling, simulation, completion and production procedures and technologies.
Technical knowledge and expertise are required in formation evaluation, geological modeling, simulation, reservoir appraisal and field development planning, completion, production/injection procedures-strategy-technologies, water flooding, reservoir surveillance, SCAL, PVT, geochemical analysis, and fluid's compatibility.
Expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and data analytics are preferred.
History of using modern reservoir management practices for oil reservoirs.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with strong cloud architecture experiences especially around strategy, solution and approach, and technology roadmap. We are looking for someone who is sales‑oriented, experienced in executive interaction and communications, and influencer. The role bridges the gap between strategy, roadmap and execution.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of data, analytics and AI with experience in cloud‑native architectures in either Databricks, Azure, GCP or AWS. You will work with our Sales team for related pursuits, lead delivery, and thought leadership for Wavicle. You will interact with leadership both at our Clients and Partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Solution Architecture & Design
Lead the approach and design for cloud native architectures
Define architecture blueprints, design patterns, and technical roadmaps aligned to client business goals.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless transition from pre‑sales to implementation.
Lead solution architect for our clients and projects.
Pre‑Sales & Executive Engagement
Partner with sales to identify opportunities, shape proposals, and present Azure‑native solutions that resonate with both technical and business audiences.
Be the leader for closing accounts working with our Sales, Practices, and Alliances teams.
Represent Wavicle in presentations and meetings with Senior Leadership and C‑Suite.
Lead client workshops and executive briefings to define technology vision and roadmap.
Contribute to proposals focused on approach, solution, scope and estimates.
Thought Leadership
Stay current on technology and data/analytics market.
Champion these services internally and with Clients.
Present and lead marketing initiatives like Webinars around the same topics.
Represent Wavicle at client meetings, industry events, and technology forums.
Collaboration & Enablement
Work cross‑functionally with sales, delivery, and practice.
Leverage team resources from both onshore and offshore.
Mentor junior architects and engineers to build enterprise‑ready communication and solutioning skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
15+ years of experience in technology architecture, cloud solutions, or data/analytics.
Experience presenting and interacting with Senior Leadership and C‑Suite at Clients and Partners.
Strong pre‑sales experience including proposal development, scoping, and solution storytelling.
Deep understanding of data/analytics cloud‑based architecture in Azure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for executive, business, and technical audiences.
Experience in consulting or professional services preferred.
Relevant certifications (i.e. Architect certifications or product Champion like Databricks Champion) are a plus.
$180,000 - $220,000 a year
Salary is based on years of experience.
