Essential Functions: Lead the demand analysis, scheme design, and implementation promotion of ERP, OA, SRM, WMS, QMS, and other enterprise systems to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and optimize performance of ERP, OA, SRM, WMS, QMS, and other systems to ensure reliability and effectiveness. Develop and maintain operation systems and mobile phone applications, including construction, operation, maintenance, and technical support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business requirements with information systems, improving overall business performance and user satisfaction. Ensure seamless database operation, configuration, and maintenance, leveraging proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Java, or JavaScript as needed. Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and support continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in integrating and optimizing ERP, OA, SRM, WMS, QMS, and other enterprise systems in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of business systems and logic, with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C/C++, Java, JavaScript, etc.) and database operations. Experience in system troubleshooting, performance optimization, and maintenance. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance is required for this position. Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds and skill level.
