Capital One is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Principal Auditor interested in becoming part of our Audit team, with a specific focus on the Discover Financial Services global payments network, platforms, technologies, and related operations (e.g., credit/debit processing, digital payments, acquiring, servicing domestic/abroad, settlement operations). We are seeking a candidate that has demonstrated knowledge of payments network operations and ecosystem related risks, as well as risk management and regulatory expectations for a large financial institution. This role will be hired as a Capital One associate with a near-term focus on audit execution and delivery for Discover Financial Services as part of our integration effort.
Responsibilities include:
Plan, perform, and lead large/complex audits at the enterprise level as well as other diverse lines of business and specialty areas.
Perform risk assessments of business activities, potential exposures and materiality of loss.
Design and perform audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting processes.
Leverage available data and analytical tools during the planning, fieldwork, and reporting phases of audit delivery.
Effectively review and compile relevant, material findings and recommendations into readable and concise audit reports.
Communicate the results of audit projects to management via written reports and compelling oral presentations.
Provide significant input into the development of the annual audit plan.
Design and execute internal control testing for standardized operations of moderate complexity with more than one component, including finance, IT, compliance, credit, security.
Provide risk management advice and counsel to business leadership on best practices.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with line management and auditees during engagements.
Manage audit work and project resources during audit engagements, providing feedback on work performed to junior auditors, as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in internal or external auditing, accounting, financial analysis, information systems, compliance, risk management or a combination
At least 3 years of experience in global payment network operations and banking or financial services, or a combination
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Systems
2+ years of experience leading audits and performing the auditor-in-charge role

The Senior Cloud Administrator will provide operational support across a range of technologies and technical services to a nationwide network and user base.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Perform Implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, security and usage monitoring of Windows, ESXi and AWS servers, Active Directory, Microsoft/Office 365 and MS SQL.

What We Are Looking For
The Mechanical Systems Manager provides oversight, guidance, direction, and evaluation of contracted service providers related to the terms and conditions of their associated contracts, ensuring compliance with deliverable and reporting requirements. Areas of responsibility Include contractor's service response; building corrective and preventative maintenance; building design, construction, commissioning support; and MEP operations management, including spare parts. As assigned, this position may also be responsible for maintenance and repair projects, such as deferred maintenance equipment replacements. What You Will Do

Participate on a routine basis in Multi-Functional Team (MFT) meetings with Contractor Leadership and various university functional elements to foster a cooperative relationship and to promote a mutual understanding of contract requirements
Writes detailed surveillance reports to document and communicate validated customer complaints, discrepancies, project status, measurement of achievement against objectives, problems encountered, action taken to correct deficiencies, percentage of work complete/work remaining, acceptability of the work, and evaluations to AVP Facilities Services, service provider, and others, as necessary.
Identifies, evaluates, and validates service agreement requests or proposals to ensure no deviations from Baylor University Standards.
Serves as liaison, establishing and maintaining open communication with internal/external customers, contractors, construction engineers, and Baylor University Administration. Develops relationships with campus constituents for the purpose of strengthening communications related to day-to-day performance. Consults with these individuals and departments related to concerns in relation to maintenance frequencies, standards, appearance, disturbance, etc.
Consults, coordinates, and plans with numerous University Departments and organizations to provide support service for a wide variety of events, programs, official functions, recreational activities, etc.
Prepares technical evaluations and ensures availability of funds.
Verifies the accuracy of charges on invoices and ensures proper payment is made in a timely manner.

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $212,500 - $275,000, which includes base salary and commissions.

Position Summary
In your role as a Manufacturing Systems Integration Engineer you'll be an integral part of the manufacturing systems integration team. You'll use your extensive knowledge of proprietary Samsung production systems and manufacturing expertise to improve factory bottlenecks, perform general troubleshooting tasks, and test related to these systems.
Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, systems, and process engineering personnel, to analyze and resolve system-related issues, and implement enhancements to our systems.
Role and Responsibilities
Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:
System Analysis and Optimization: Utilize in-depth knowledge of Samsung production systems and manufacturing processes to identify and resolve inefficiencies, improve throughput production tools, and optimize system performance.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, systems, and process engineering personnel, to analyze and resolve system-related issues, and implement enhancements to our systems. Provide technical expertise and support for system change points, including testing, validation, and verification.
Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain low-level automation reports and standard operating procedures to support manufacturing operations. Create well-defined documentation for system enhancement requests and changes.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues. Use data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
Data Analysis and Insight: Apply data analysis principles and techniques to collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including sensors, machines, and other automated systems. Use data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.
Chatbot Maintenance and Development: Maintain and develop logic for chatbots used in manufacturing operations, ensuring that they are functioning correctly and providing accurate information to users.
Automation and System Integration: Apply knowledge of automation and system integration to optimize and maintain highly automated environments in our production line, including integration with chatbots and other systems, that have direct integration to action taken on the manufacturing floor.
Cloud-Based Technologies: Utilize cloud-based technologies, to develop and deploy data-driven solutions.
Introduction to Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence: Participate in the development and implementation of basic machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and applications to improve manufacturing processes and systems. This includes working with data scientists and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for machine learning and AI applications, and assisting in the development and testing of these applications.
This position will be based in our Austin, Texas location, with potential for relocation to our Taylor, Texas location in the future. The Taylor location is approximately 30 minutes from our Austin facility.
Shift: Compressed Work Week (Day & Night Shifts): 3 & 4 day work week (12 hour days)
Once shift is assigned, mandatory shift rotations will occur every 3 months (day/night shifts).

Technical Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Data Analysis and Visualization: Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Python, Spotfire, Tableau, and or Power BI, with experience in data mining, and statical analysis.
Manufacturing Systems and Processes: Knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes, including: overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Utilization, Equipment Efficiency, Cycle Time, Throughput, Yield, DPML (Days per Masking Layer), SPC (Statistical Process Control),APC (Advanced Process Control).
Industrial Engineering Principles: Familiarity with industrial engineering principles, including: lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Root cause analysis, Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
Automation: Experience with automation, including: programming languages such as Python and R.
Cloud-Based Technologies: Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, with experience in data storage, processing, and analytics.
Integrated Development Environments (IDEs): Proficient in IDEs such as VS Code and Jupyter Lab, with experience in software development and testing.
The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
