Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. * 2-4 years of experience supporting IT infrastructure environments. * Working knowledge of Microsoft Server administration and Active Directory. * Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365. * Familiarity with Linux operating systems and basic command-line usage. * Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as Nutanix, VMware, or Hyper-V. * Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, NTP). * Experience with backup and recovery tools like Veeam is a plus. * Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell) is a plus. * Experience implementing and supporting MFA solutions. * Understanding of PKI concepts and hands-on experience with certificate management. * Knowledge of NTP configuration and troubleshooting. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to group problem-solving and decision-making. * Adaptability and willingness to learn, with a proactive approach to tackling new challenges. * Comfortable working with rapidly changing priorities and ambiguity.
