Responsibilities
Summary:
The Sr. Business Analyst/WFM Systems Administrator is responsible for leading the Business Analyst with their daily activities including analyzing, designing, developing, testing, documenting, and implementing technological solutions within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Perform initial analysis and design of business requirements. Takes initiative, either alone or in a leading capacity with other Analysts, supporting existing systems and coordinating the analysis and design of automated solutions to business problems or applications. Takes a leadership role with the Business Analysts and Programmer Analysts in developing solutions which provide cost savings for the organization.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Sr. Business Analyst leads the Business Analysts and Programmer Analysts in the performance of their daily duties by providing guidance and training to develop functional specifications, testing plans, and general project planning.
Leads team and independently performs moderate to complex analysis and design for various business applications and requirements.
The Sr. Business Analyst consults with end-users to identify, analyze, and document business needs and requirements; writes functional specifications; develops timelines; and resolves issues within the business system
Ensures customer acceptance by soliciting their involvement on designs, functionality, and testing.
The Sr. Business Analyst maintains communications with end-users to ensure systems continually meet their expectations.
Leads team and independently prepares data models, functional flow diagrams and specifications, and other documentation as required by departmental standards and methodologies.
The Sr. Business Analyst researches, recommends, and implements relational data base systems to support standardized business processes.
Leads team and independently develops, coordinates, and implements plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing.
The Sr. Business Analyst assists in the formation of enterprise system deployment strategies and promotes methodology utilization.
Provides 24-hour support for designated applications.
The Sr. Business Analyst assists with the detailed project planning efforts on larger projects and may act as a project manager on smaller development efforts. Prepares and presents feasibility studies and coordinates technology deliverables and status reports to end-users. Presents timelines to the appropriate management for review throughout the project life cycle.
The Sr. Business Analyst maintains and monitors access and terminations of Security Access Request (SARS) procedures for the ERP System for end-users.
Provides data for audit procedures in order to remain Sarbanes-Oxley compliant.
The Sr. Business Analyst creates various reports utilizing query tools and other applications for management.
Prepares, coordinates, and assists with customer training and documentation for installation of systems and their upgrades.
The Sr. Business Analyst participates in ongoing professional development to enhance technical skills, communications skills, business knowledge, and knowledge of information systems products and procedures.
Understands and follows all policies, procedures, and controls as they relate to Sarbanes-Oxley and Information Systems.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.
Five (5) years experience supporting ERP, Timekeeping or Financial Planning software configurations as an administrator or similar type role.
Experience with the following systems: Infinium, UKG, WFM/WFC, and/or Hyperion highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft Access and Excel.
Demonstrated experience at being able to effectively lead and train Business Analysts and Programmer Analyst in their daily activities.
Demonstrated experience as it related to the business unit applications and software that the position supports.
Ability to provide functional specifications from which a programmer may prepare a detailed programming specification with minimal assistance.
Ability to be highly organized, detail oriented, results driven and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be able to interact across multiple levels of the business.

Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points (Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti, Palo Alto, Fortinet).

* Responsible for entering all work as service tickets, time and expenses in CSPi's Professional Service Automation (PSA) tool, Connectwise
* Informs management and key client personnel of operational and procedural deficiencies when encountered during shifts or from Problem Management issues.
* Provide incident management support and performs investigative analysis while providing accurate, thorough answers in a timely manner to customer inquires
* Responsible for resolving and supporting technical issues via-telephone and e-mail
* Perform queue management to achieve CSPi's SLAs in a timely manner and provide Quality Assurance standards for work performed and where applicable, train staff/client members
* Interface with customer's executives, technical representatives, partners, and all levels of internal employees, other Technology Services department/personnel to ensure that operational procedures, accurate escalation processes, timely document registration within CSPi's Professional Service Automation (PSA) tool and status updates are performed and streamlined workflow is maintained to ensure customer satisfaction
* Responsible for reviewing and attending to daily customer checklist
* Responsible for maintaining and verifying, that all backup systems are running optimally for all internal and external CSPi clients
* Responsible for maintaining and updating anti-virus for internal and external CSPi clients
* Responsible for Microsoft Windows patching and third party vendor patching as required
* Responsible for maintaining and optimizing all critical and standards alerts generated by CSPi's N-Able application
* Responsible for designated functions within onboarding new client
Requirements: (Minimum of 2+ years required)
* Windows servers, Active Directory, VMware, Citrix, Microsoft Exchange/Office 365
* Must be a "team player" with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable in an environment of rapid change
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently
* Former Managed Services experience preferred
* Knowledge of Managed Services ticketing systems, PSA tools, RMM tools (Connectwise and N-able)

* Experience with email and spam filtering services (Mimecast, Barracuda, McAfee SaaS, etc.)
* Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
* Knowledge of Apple OS and Devices a plus
* Must pass comprehensive background check

* Must be flexible to work all shifts including some holidays and weekends
* Associate's Degree in Computer Sciences/Information Systems/ related major or equivalent technical experience and expertise

As an IT Support Engineer at our club, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal users, ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems, networks, and software applications across the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Assists company staff with technical support of desktop computers, applications, server system and related technology.
• Support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines.
• Activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems.
• Assists the IT Director and gains progressive responsibilities relating to the company's IT infrastructure over time.

• Develop and /or maintain a database for Issues Management, which contains all issues identified to date for each project.
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or mac OS operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used business applications.

About the role:
HeliosX is seeking a proactive and resourceful Junior IT Support Engineer to join our growing IT team. You will be working 2 - 3 days per week on site at our Delray Beach Warehouse where you will provide essential IT support to staff across the US and other global locations, ensuring smooth operations of our systems, tools, and equipment.
