Position overview:
The Senior Tax Accountant - Indirect Tax Compliance will assist with the compliance reporting process for sales and use taxes, gross receipts taxes, excise taxes, annual reports, certain business licenses and other domestic and foreign taxes. This function will ensure that all reporting obligations are respected as well as filed accurately and timely. Sales & Use tax compliance is outsourced to a third-party compliance provider, and the individual in this position will collaborate monthly with the service provider to ensure required data is delivered timely. The individual in this position will also liaison with the various business units on all compliance related matters including providing journal entries and exemption certificates. Additionally, the position will assist the Indirect Tax Senior Manager with audit support and special projects such as entity acquisitions and integrations.
