As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will prepare federal and state tax returns. This will be a hands-on role reporting into the Tax Director.
Work from home 2 days per week
Prepare and file federal and state tax returns for C-corp, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations
Assist with the development/implementation of tax planning strategies to minimize the company's tax liabilities
Coordinate and manage tax audits and inquiries
Maintain current knowledge of tax laws and regulations, and communicate any changes or updates to the appropriate stakeholders
Work collaboratively with external tax advisors and consultants as needed

The individual selected for this opportunity will play an integral part of the Tax Advisory team and is responsible for the day-to-day activities, essentially acting as an expediter for all tax activities. REQUIREMENTS:
