You'll partner with the Merchant Product Design team and work closely with the XFN partners to evolve our catalog management tools to help merchants grow their business on Pinterest.

Own revenue and user experience impactful projects by both executing the design and influencing others

Collaborate with and manage feedback from stakeholders across the company

What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in design, a related field or equivalent experience
Must have experience designing for B2B tools, having merchant or advertiser domain knowledge is a plus
Proven track record envisioning, building, and iterating on digital ad products in close partnership with product management and engineering
Strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design skills (prototyping is a must), product thinking and business acumen. Experiences designing for both mobile + web platforms
Strong ability to balance different audiences user needs and leading multiple work-streams with potential other IC support
Great communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and the problems they're solving
Attention to detail and a sense of pride and ownership over the quality of the product
Great XFN communication skills to drive alignment and lead with user experience in mind
Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and other graphic design principles
Ability to work within and extend a design system. Experience working in design systems and/or product redesigns is a plus
Team player with strong collaboration skills and providing mentorship to junior designers
High level of self-awareness with a growth mindset

Salary Range
San Francisco, CA and New York City, NY: the pay range for this role is $251,000 - $345,000 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Hybrid Faire employees currently go into the office 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Effective starting in January 2026, employees will be expected to go into the office on a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. About the Role
We're looking for a highly-skilled compliance training expert who can leverage AI tools to create, scale, and optimize compliance course development. This role blends instructional design, compliance expertise, and AI innovation - perfect for someone who's passionate about building smarter, faster, and higher-impact training processes.

Ro is hiring a Senior Product Designer to drive design strategy and detailed design execution across internal products that enable our physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and patient advocates to provide safe, high quality care to patients.
Who you are:
You are a designer who can design for our internal Electronic Medical Record (EMR) focusing on creating exceptional experiences for our healthcare providers. You are skilled at understanding complex problems across integrated systems and will bring a mix of leadership, curiosity, process, and advocacy for your end users and design craft. You'll be an integral part of the end-to-end product development cycle and will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, Medical, and Legal. You are a product designer who can contribute to our platform design system and governance process to ensure we intentionally, methodically and systematically evolve and improve our UI components and design patterns.What You'll Do:
Own your design process end to end. Solve business problems, through design, at the heart of a complex healthcare delivery platform.
Set and raise the quality bar for design and influence through craft, collaboration and problem-solving.
Make data-driven decisions that translate business goals into product experiences, and distill complexity into simple and elegant experiences.
Inspire and influence cross-functional team members and senior leadership by presenting design variations, design rationale, and evidence-based decision-making.
Lead all phases and aspects of design from vision, strategy, research, ideation, UX architecture, flows, interactions, wireframing, testing, and polished visual design.
Leverage, improve, and elevate our visual language and Ro Internal design system ensuring it reflects human centered design principles, best practices in UX, UI, interaction design and visual design.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
5+ years experience designing and shipping end-to-end products across different use cases, complicated flows, and edge cases.
Experience contributing to and scaling a design system.
Ability to think at both a high level about product strategy and vision AND the design details.
Experience understanding and designing for the day-to-day execution of complex tasks by knowledge workers, such as design for (but not limited to): Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Insurance claims processing, and Corporate banking or Investment portfolio management
Experience working with multiple stakeholders, product and engineering peers.
Ability to provide design variations and the rationale behind decisions made to support your design choices.
Experience working on maturing software platforms at companies with many teams or squads collaborating and across multiple stakeholders.
Experience and passion for understanding your user's needs through qualitative research methods and testing.
Strong communication and storytelling skills. You see the value in discussing design in group settings and participating in design critiques and reviews with other designers.
A desire to learn, grow and be mentored by more senior designers on the team.

The target base salary for this position ranges from $167,900 to $195,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable).
