As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of project through upfront client engagement. Deep technical expertise within a field. Has comprehensive knowledge of underlying principles, approaches, and methodology.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

Ensuring successful, end-to-end delivery of project through ongoing client engagement. Partnering with technical teams internal and external to the initiative, and coordination of all required activities and milestones. Involving in projects prioritization and initiation, responsible for definition of and compliance with project management methodologies. Performing regular tracking and reporting on progress, and accountable for initiative results verification. Appling existing technologies, approaches, methodologies in new combinations to design new products, systems, or processes. Monitoring internally and externally as a specialist in the discipline. Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams. Communicating solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelors in any discipline from an accredited university or college. Have minimum 12 yrs of experience of which 3 yrs in Project/Program Management. Have interpersonal and leadership skills, Have establish project management skills Be able to lead programs / projects. Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Be able to analyze and resolve problems.

Sr. Technical Project Manager - IP Design Validation and Product Engineering will be responsible for the overall coordination of R&D -Silicon Validation & Project releases and Key Customer Engagements within the Product Engineering Group.


The candidate must have solid, hands-on experience in digital and/or mixed-signal IP design and/or SoC development with a history in successfully coordinating or managing designs with end customers.


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities


+ Experienced Technical Program Manager to plan, manage and track several related projects pertaining to Internally developed SoC validation & Releases.


+ Work cross-functionally with Engineering leads, Customer program management, Technical presales and Marketing to understand the various demands and to coordinate POR updates.


+ Work with the Field Application Engineers, Sales Teams, Customers and Cadence’s Product Engineering team for effective coordination and prioritization of support tasks for customer’s SoC tape outs and their silicon bringup.


+ Prepare product level status, POR, development dependencies.


+ Craft technical customer messages on product status.


Education and Experience


+ Project context in digital design & verification, synthesis, LEC, STA and digital PD a must


+ Familiarity of SI/PI, Board/Package design, lab characterization and firmware is a plus


+ Knowledge of end-to-end design flow and tools for both analog and digital design from architecture to GDS


+ MSEE preferred

The Risk and Identity Solutions (RaIS) is a key component of the Value Added Services (VAS) PD within Visa. VAS-RaIS has a suite of high visibility, high-volume, revenue earning applications that provide solutions related to Risk Management, Identity and Authentication. As a Technical Program Manager for our RaIS team, you will drive quality and velocity of our technology. You should be comfortable with owning issues and managing the outcome. You enjoy driving, resolving, facilitating and follow up. You understand the risks and the trade-offs and are both technical and process focused.
Essential Functions:

Independently responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of one or more medium to high complexity program(s) and/or Agile teams. Day-to-day accountability for tracking scope, schedule, budget, risks, deployments and communications for projects, initiatives, and smaller programs.

Effectively communicate and address obstacles delaying projects from delivering against objectives.

Effective communication showcased in reporting, notes, documentation, FAQs, escalations, and more.

Build effective Partner/Stakeholder relationships thru effective Communication and Facilitation.

Support implementation of Visa project methodology required artifacts. Supports review, sizing and estimation of work based on One Pagers, Epics or CA requirements for AOP/TPIC.

Manage preparation for Quarterly Business Review and lead Quarterly Planning sessions.

Create and be the custodian for living program roadmaps.

As Scrum coach, coach multiple teams through the software development life cycle using Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices and work cross-functionally throughout the company to ensure projects are developed and deployed with quality and timely delivery into our production systems.

Demonstrated curiosity and ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of Data Platform and/or DevOps projects.

Lead role for PM relevant improvement initiatives

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
