AECOM has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Transportation Delivery Manager to join the Enterprise Capabilities Digital team at AECOM.
This position offers the flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement to include a combination of in-office and remote work schedules and can be based from any location where AECOM has an office.
Job Summary:
The Transportation Digital Delivery Manager will be the primary technical contact for the delivery of major transport projects across Enterprise Capabilities (EC) Digital. This will include all Enterprise Critical Pursuits and Tier 2 projects that EC Digital take on.
As AECOM moves to standardize how our largest projects are delivered, this role will take on various responsibilities, such as determining project delivery strategy for all transport projects through to development and implementation of technical processes and standards.
The Transportation Digital Delivery Manager will be joined by other Global Business Line specific digital implementation leads that will form part of the wider Delivery Planning and Assurance team (DPA) in EC Digital.
Key Responsibilities:
* Determining the technology stack to be used to deliver projects, from the standardized Cornerstone tool sets
* Determining project data standard requirements to be implemented on projects
* Outlining the digital production processes to be used by project delivery teams
* Working with Planning to identify suitable resources and outline project programs
* Working with Assurance to proactively monitor projects during delivery, to ensure they continuously meet all quality metrics

5 years working in a digital leadership role in a large engineering organization
Thorough understanding of Industry-standard platforms (Autodesk, Bentley, GIS platforms).
Thorough understanding of industry standard project delivery authoring technologies and their application to engineering design and/or construction.
Extensive experience with the Bentley delivery suite, and experience with Autodesk Civil 3D
Thorough understanding of international standards such as ISO 19650 and how they are applied within various Common Data Environment (CDE) technologies
Proven ability to lead and influence within a large organization
Excellent communications skills, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical and business issues related to project delivery
Project management skills, with a focus on integrating digital into, planning, delivery, or operations
Proven ability to engage in the proposal and bid processes to articulate digital capabilities
Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
Computation Design methods and technologies
Through understanding programming skills related to data management or model authoring, using traditional coding or low-code methods
Knowledge of regional market dynamics, client expectations, and regulatory frameworks

As part of our exciting growth, we are currently searching for an Associate Project Manager, Procurement.
The Associate Procurement Project Manager supports the management of the owner-furnished equipment (OFE) supply chain for construction projects under the guidance of the Project Manager, Procurement. This junior role involves assisting with project coordination, vendor communication, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth project execution. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment with moderate supervision.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (to include, but not limited to):
· Assist in coordinating project activities related to owner-furnished equipment (OFE).
· Support vendor relationships by facilitating communication and tracking production plans to align with project schedules.
· Track and organize project costs, schedules, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
· Assist with administrative duties, including data entry across multiple systems and project trackers.
· Setup, manage, track, and communicate project costs, schedules, and documentation.
· Own and maintain all administrative duties associated with project financials, to include but not limited to: requests for proposals, change orders, requests for POs, SOVs, forecasts, cost codes, and invoice reconciliation.
· Supporting project documentation management by creating initial submittals, uploading, downloading, and tracking between fileshare systems (such as Procore, SharePoint, etc).
· Foster positive relationships with all internal and external partners, including OFE vendors, construction teams, contractors, finance/accounting, and engineering.
· Contribute to procurement team efforts to improve processes while meeting project requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent (degree or experience).
· 2-3 years of experience in a business related field.
· Basic understanding of supply chain processes, preferably in data centers or manufacturing.
· Proficiency with computers and industry systems and programs, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office products (especially Excel), database systems, financial systems, Google Suite, internet research, scheduling programs, etc.
· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task, with good time management and organizational skills.
· Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Must have a strong attention to detail.
· Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
· Ability to travel 25%+ of the time.
ADDTIONAL DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· 2+ years in project coordination, construction, or manufacturing specific fields.
· Familiarity with construction or procurement cost tracking and documentation processes.
· Basic knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, or project scopes.
· Exposure to data center operations or commissioning processes.
· Awareness of commodity management or production planning concepts.

About this Role
The Associate Project Manager, Supply Chain (referred to hereafter as APM), is responsible for all duties relating to, but not limited to establishing logistics schedules, percent completion, conflict resolution, safety, and other related tasks pertaining to commercial and utility-scale solar construction projects. The APM is the primary materials contact and ensures project milestones and deliverables are met from inception to completion of their projects. The APM will handle multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of development and construction progress. Projects will either be in a pre-determined region or customer-based and spread throughout the country. Ampacity has two main divisions for Project Management: Supply Chain and Installation Services. The Supply Chain division oversees a greater project volume with a decreased involvement in the daily goings on of the site itself. This division acts as the premobilization support to Ampacity clients and their subcontractors by organizing deliveries, analyzing the realizability of accelerations and shipping holds, coordinating change orders, and advising on the engineering build and best practices. An Associate Project Manager in this regard should be able to manage the communication, balance the differing needs, and be resourceful in the approach to solving issues for a multitude of clients. In this role, you will develop an understanding the mix of contracts, engineering, construction, and project finance.
This a remote position. Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
What You'll Do
* Communicate directly with customer project managers and contractors to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
* Work closely with the client construction management team to ensure project milestones are met and any unforeseen interruptions are handled appropriately.
* Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction personnel to determine best approach to deliver based on individual project variables.
* Problem-solve to address delays, emergencies or other issues that will impact timelines.
* Report progress to Ampacity management, cross functional teams, and clients as needed.
* Understand site contracts and technical matters.
* Working with Supply Chain and Logistics Execution on material availability and delivery schedules.
* Maintain records and databases.
* Auditing of parts lists and pile orders for Quality Assurance and accuracy of deliverable materials.
