Job Description
Weatherford is hiring for a Senior Technical Customer Service Representative for our Huntsville facility. This is a hands on, rewarding role where you will be providing experienced customer service for the oil and gas industry. Our Senior Technical Customer Service Representative has responsibility for responding to routine inquiries and complaints from internal and external customers regarding products and services. You will process routine to moderately complex transactions on-line as well as researching and resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquiries.
Responsibilities & Duties
Respond to quote requests from outside and inter-company customers. May be assigned key accounts or specific geographic area. Start to finish completion of quotes. Assist with sales of new or additional products Arrange for and coordinate transportation of product to customer as required. Assist customers with complaints concerning billing, referring complaints of product / service failures (Non-Conformance Reports) to designated departments for investigation. Contact customers via phone or in person and receive orders for products. Determine pricing for product(s) requested. Prepare change of address records, and issue change orders. Continuously expedite and report on order status. Maintain and update customer list, price list, etc. Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions. Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford. Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level. Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of technical experience required Experience with technical customer service experience in the oil and gas industry preferred. Grundfos North America is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Customer Service Representative (Senior CSSC Front Line Representative) to join its Water Utility - Groundwater team.

The Senior CSSC Front Line Representative will contribute to a thriving sales team whilst delivering world class customer services through various Customer channels i.e. telephone, E-mail, live chat, instant messaging etc. Provide Customer contact resolution on general and potentially complex inquiries within a timely manner (as predefined by company guidelines) to resolve and decide on the further processing of business transactions based on defined processes. Order Entry related support to Customers and sales teams. Support, managing and optimizing Customer inquiries to allow for timely completion.

This position reports directly to the CSSC Supervisor and will operate on a hybrid schedule out of any of our US locations: Lenexa, KS, Brookshire, TX, Fresno, CA, Aurora, IL or Allentown, PA. Relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in the USA without support.

**What is the job about?**

The Senior CSSC Front Line Representative will:

+ Provide primary support for both day-to-day and escalated inquiries regarding the Order-to-Delivery process and tools.

+ Support the incoming complex orders, whether manual or electronic to ensure fast, accurate order management in line with world class customer service.

+ Promote digital tools towards customers using templates (GPC, MyGrundfos, Extranet).

+ Ensure extra documentation when handling export sales.

+ Record Customer complaints and requests for Customer product returns.

+ Material master data full view creation / Local product material master data creation.

+ Analyze statistic data to determine adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements.

+ Apply broad knowledge across the functional area and have a deep knowledge base and technical/business understanding.

**What do you need to apply?**

+ In-depth knowledge of Customer Services. Relevant administrative experience, organizational skills & accountability with the Customer.

+ Knowledge of business structure, products and key market needs to create a successful Customer centric experience.

+ In-depth knowledge of customer service software, databases and SAP CRM/SD/MM.

+ Current with relevant technology and trends and applications.

+ Proficiency in MS Office applications.

+ Good communication and networking skills together with the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders.
