Senior Customer Trainer
has st rong organizational, planning, and motivational skills. You will develop technical training programs and enable TigerGraph users with the skillsets to efficiently and effectively use TigerGraph software.


Key Responsibilities:


Serve as a subject matter expert in the development of TigerGraph customer learning and development. Conduct hands-on customer scenario-based technical workshops and training sessions in a group setting, either remote or at customer sites. Apply new technologies to deliver cutting-edge courses and improve the learning experience for TigerGraph users (e.g., distance learning, interactive and blended training). Determine overall effectiveness of TigerGraph training programs and make improvements. Passion for providing outstanding customer service and an ability to self-manage and command full ownership of the tasks associated with the role. Interact and work closely with a variety of stakeholders within the organization on initiatives and training needs. Create relevant scenarios based on knowledge and experience to enhance training. Drive continuous improvement for our training approach and customer learning. Collaborate with internal teams for the continuous improvement of customer experience, communication and retention. In-person training/ocassional travel up to 25%.


Qualifications:


8+ years of experience in previous learning and development, consulting or project Management roles. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience and programming/database certifications preferred (Oracle, SQL, or graph).


Skills and Knowledge:


Proven experience as a technical trainer. Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Knowledge of Big Data or complex data solutions, Graph database, analysis, and database management (Relational) design. Fluent in object-orientated programming (Python, C#, C++, or Java). Understanding of load balancing, hardware, and basic networking (SSL/DNS). Experience with public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Capable of working independently and developing relationships with customers, partners, internal team members and other related stakeholders. Excellent written, verbal and presentations skills, along with the ability to communicate. Complex information and concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner. What You'll do:
Provide training on all firm-supported software via instructor-led classroom training (post COVID-19 restrictions), webinars, videoconferencing, one-on-one coaching, and via eLearning course and video tip creation. Conduct new hire technical training. Collaborate with other IT trainers to create and maintain a workflow-inspired curriculum. Design, develop and deliver training strategies that are engaging, innovative, and meet learning objectives. Represent the user experience via participation in firm-wide project teams from inception to implementation by testing software, developing training strategy and producing supporting documentation and communications. Conduct training needs analysis, analyze performance problems, and recommend training solutions. Collaborate with internal customers to understand unique requirements based on role, business unit, and office location, and offer training solutions that are adaptable to those needs. Stay up-to-date with current trends in training, technology, and instructional design. Maintain training records in the LMS.
Who You Are:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience will be considered. A background in training and development in a professional service environment, law firm experience preferred. Minimum of five years' experience delivering technical training and creating training documentation. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with a broad range of people in a professional manner. Excellent group facilitation skills, including the ability to adapt content to the target audience or to suit the training delivery method. Interpersonal and relationship building skills to work effectively with personnel from all levels and locations of the firm. Strong organization and analytical skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and respond to changing priorities, whether working independently or in a team situation. Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear and accurate training outlines and user documentation. Experience with Learning Management Systems (UniversitySite preferred), Document Management Systems (DeskSite/FileSite preferred), Windows10, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat DC, Time Entry & Billing Programs (Intapp Time and Aderant Expert preferred), and Document Template and Numbering software (Litera Forte preferred). JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for documentation around all standard operating processes for the Resort Technology Services teams (UPT Field Services, UPT Corporate & Asset Technology Services). Creates and delivers training, documentation and onboarding/training materials as part of the onboarding process and ongoing training for Team Members. Maintains ownership of on-the-job and service training programs/documentation.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Creation of training programs, documents and materials for onboarding and continuing eduction of team members. Analyzes trends, identifies gaps and process improvement training opportunities to develop targeted training.

+ Leads the onboarding and training process for all new Team Members and handles retraining opportunities for existing Team Members.

+ Works with UPT Resort Technology leaders to create, lead and manage support training, as applicable.

+ Maintains department processes and is acts as the function expert for the "Guest-facing" technologies and operations.

+ Responsible for researching new technology and learning techniques to drive recommendations to revise design of training curriculum and methods to improve effectiveness.
