Required Qualifications
6-8 years of experience in HRIS administration, People Operations systems, or HR technology roles.
Deep, hands-on experience configuring and managing at least one enterprise-level HRIS, with exposure to multiple people systems.
Strong command of HR processes including onboarding, compensation cycles, performance, compliance, benefits, and employee data management.
Proven ability to lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Strong analytical skills with experience building complex reports and dashboards for leadership.
Comfortable managing large, recurring projects with minimal oversight.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially when working with sensitive data.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues and communicate solutions clearly.
Experience working cross-functionally with IT, Finance, and People teams.
Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data, formulas, and basic analysis.

Expected Salary Range
