Primary Purpose of Position
Demonstrates mastery of skills and extensive subject matter knowledge in carrying out assignments associated with the analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and proposed modification of plant specific nuclear licensed Operations training programs.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Drives the clean energy center (CEC) and personnel performance improvement through the use of training. Coordinates, and conducts performance-based operations Reactor Operator (RO)/Non-Licensed Operator (NLO) training programs as required by user community in accordance with Constellation's systematic approach to training model, department procedures, and with proper application of the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation phases.

Prepares trainee examination and conducts trainee evaluations for classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator environments, as appropriate and conducts counseling sessions for trainees, evaluates the results, and recommends/develops individualized training programs.
Support CEC and fleet in the areas of business initiatives, project management, refuel outage support, emergency preparedness duties, and special projects.
Participates in NRC, INPO and management audits, and prepares responses to audit findings.
Maintains knowledge of plant operations, disciplinary skills and techniques, commensurate with the responsibility to develop and conduct effective, high-quality training.
Supervises the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.
Must achieve Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) certification within 18 months of assuming the position.
Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.

The Occupancy Specialist has direct responsibility for property management functions and related day to day operations of assigned HUD projects and/or assigned LSS owned or managed apartment rental programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team, specializing in OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) testing and Fiber Optic Network troubleshooting.
The Field Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing Fiber optic links in large-scale data centre environments. The role involves extensive travel to customer sites,
including major clients such as Amazon, Comcast, Google, Microsoft, Meta, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct OTDR testing to diagnose defects, breaks, and bends in Fiber optic cables on large Data Centre Sites like (Amazon, Comcast, Google, Microsoft, Meta, and others)
Identify Fiber count, location, and possible damage using OTDR equipment.
Perform troubleshooting and repair of Fiber optic links at customer sites.
Operate and configure OTDR machines, including EXFO and JDSU models.
Execute Fiber splicing and testing procedures to ensure network integrity.
Work with both ISP (Inside Plant) and OSP (Outside Plant) network infrastructures.
Interpret and analyse OTDR trace diagrams and return time calculations for troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with major telecom or data centre clients.
Certifications related to Fiber optics or OTDR testing (e.g., CFOT, FOA, or equivalent).
Knowledge of high-power laser signal testing procedures and network troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities
Maintains the following equipment Ammonia refrigeration system. May include building heating and air conditioning equipment, boiler systems, hot water generator, compressed air systems, building sprinkler systems, and any other supporting equipment as directed by management.
Perform PMs and repairs on compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, vessels, valves, and other machinery included in the ammonia refrigeration equipment.
Work directly with all refrigeration contractors, electricians, and pipefitters when they are working on the ammonia refrigeration system to ensure that they are following all of the company safety policies, and meeting work standards.
Perform duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor or Engineering.

Coordinates both internal and external resources for maintenance of the facility.
Assists in the recordkeeping and training requirements for all components of the Process Safety Management/Risk (PSM/RMP management plans to achieve compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Performs preventative maintenance on equipment to maintain in good working condition.

Handles maintenance emergencies as required.

Maintains clean, organized, and safe work area, including wiping and washing equipment and tools; sweeping and mopping floors; trash removal.

Direct daily work of refrigeration technicians, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and SOPs

Qualifications
