**Day to Day**
The SeniorSpecialist, Talent Management & Analytics plays a critical role in enabling a high-performance culture within the Glassdoor organization at Indeed. This role is responsible for executing, operationalizing, and continuously improving talent management and performance enablement programs in close partnership with the Director of People Business Partnership & Talent Management and People Business Partners.

**Salary Range Disclaimer**

**Responsibilities**
+ Manages the group mailbox (GMB) for the Presource data analytics team
+ Supports ad hoc a regularly cadenced data and reporting requests from a variety of cross-functional groups in the Presource business, including marketing, sales, distribution and operations team
+ Communicates professionally via email to internal stakeholders
+ Utilizes homegrown data systems, SAP, and SQL to gather data
**Qualifications**

+ Extensive experience with Excel (macros, formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc), required

Job Summary
The Emerging Technology Leader is accountable for the strategic direction and delivery of emerging technology solutions across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Innovation and Emerging Technology, you will lead a global team to drive the identification, evaluation, and adoption of cutting-edge technologies to accelerate critical business initiatives. This is a key interface role between IT and business partners / stakeholders throughout the organization. You will collaborate across corporate functions, lines of business, IT, and innovation teams to ensure that emerging solutions are strategically aligned, scalable, and deliver measurable business value.
This role is pivotal in scouting and implementing emerging technology trends, leading machine learning operations (ML Ops), and orchestrating rapid prototyping of minimum viable products (MVPs) and proof of concepts (POCs). As a strategic leader, you will help design and implement an AI Foundry or Center of Excellence, identifying and developing key talent to meet or exceed ambitious organizational growth goals. Success in the role will require a balance of hands-on technical mentorship and strong people-management skills to provide the correct combination of tools, talent and expertise to deliver results.
This is a leadership role managing a global team.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Subject matter expertise in the technology landscape and ability to continuously monitor and identify promising innovations, startups, and disruptive trends for the enterprise environment.
Lead a structured evaluation processes for emerging technologies prior to deployment, including technical feasibility, business impact, and cost benefit (build, buy or borrow evaluation).
Develop and maintain technology best practices and processes to inform strategic investment and experimentation priorities.
Design and implement an AI/ML Center of Excellence or AI Foundry to serve as the backbone as we move toward scalable, enterprise-wide AI adoption initiatives.
Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of machine learning models and AI solutions. Establish best practices for ML Ops, including model versioning, performance tracking, and governance.
Collaborate closely with functional IT teams to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant ML pipelines.
Implement an Agile/SCRUM framework, determining the correct ratio of FTE and contractor/vendor services to scale solutions and support ambitious organizational goals.
Lead cross-functional teams in designing and building MVPs and POCs for high-impact use cases. Leverage agile methodologies to accelerate prototyping cycles and validate concepts quickly, ensure learnings are captured and leveraged for future initiatives.
Serve as an AI/ML SME and a trusted advisor to executive leadership and business partners on emerging technology opportunities, prioritizing the right tech at the right time to maximize value and impact to the business.
Facilitate workshops, demos, and showcases to build awareness and excitement around new solutions.
Develop training and enablement programs to foster a culture of experimentation and responsible innovation.
Partner with innovation and strategy teams to assess the long-term implications of emerging technologies.
Guide the organization in responsible experimentation, scaling, and integration of new solutions.
Track regulatory, ethical, and security considerations relevant to new technologies.
Education & Experience
Required:
15+ years leading technology innovation initiatives in global organizations, including AI and ML experience at the enterprise level
7+ years of people management experience leading global teams
Proven success delivering innovative data and digital solutions (Data Lake, Advanced Analytics, IoT), with experience in ML Ops, rapid prototyping, and technology scouting at the enterprise level.
Strong data science or computer science background, with deep expertise in AI/ML systems, agile development, and enterprise architecture.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver business outcomes in a global environment.
Exceptional communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
Experience leading onshore and offshore resources in an agile framework, determining the right combination of expertise to execute projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Technology, or a related technical field
Preferred:
Strong experience with Azure and other cloud platforms, DevOps, and AI assurance tools. Advanced certifications in this area are a plus.
A history of leveraging data and analytics to drive decisions that create measurable business value.
Ability to recruit, mentor and develop talent in digital innovation.
