JOB SUMMARY Segal Trials is one of the first and very few private research site in the US that have been selected to conduct clinical research studies with psychedelics for mental illnesses and other disorders. The Center of Psychedelic and Cannabis Research at Segal Trials is honored to be the gold standard private research site in the US. An integral role in the clinical trial involving a psychedelic is that of a facilitator. Lead facilitator for Segal Trials, will be a licensed mental health professional. This individual will ideally have greater then 3 years of experience in providing support during psychedelic dosing sessions. Lead facilitators will provide a safe, judgment-free environment with supportive conversation, empathetic resilience, and flexible direction.
The Lead Facilitator is responsible for the oversight and execution of psychedelic & cannabis research clinical trials testing new treatments on the behalf of the sponsor/pharmaceutical companies. This individual promotes Good Clinical Practices (GCP) in the conduct of Clinical Investigations by ensuring the integrity of data generated at the site and directing the conduct of the clinical investigation as to the guidelines issued by State and Federal Authorities and the Sponsor. Work Schedule
Schedule will be protocol dependent and decided with 48-hour advance notice in coordination with Lead coordinator. The schedule breakdown is as follows:
· On-site dosing: 8-12 hrs. depending on protocol
· Prep Session and Integration Session: 1-3 hrs. This can be done remotely or on site, depending on protocol requirements.
· Training requirements: 4-8hrs
Skills/Qualifications:
· Ability to read, write, and interpret the English language. · Experienced in exploring and understanding altered states of consciousness, and highly experienced in the preparation and integration process.

The CTS III is responsible for providing world-class training and clinical support to physicians and staff to effectively drive LAL adoption. The CTS III plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, consistent execution of LAL-specific clinical methods and fostering full operational integration of the LDD within each practice. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB OVERVIEW
A Lead Technician is responsible for planning and leading the work of mechanics; responsible for assuring the airworthiness of the engines and for compliance with applicable federal regulations and guidelines; performs necessary repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance on aircraft; does related work as required.
Shift schedule: 2:30pm-11:00pm
Responsibilities:
* Leads the work of other aircraft mechanics by planning, a signing, prioritizing, setting work schedules, providing quality control surveillance and/or on-the-job training.
* Ensure all work are performed in strict accordance with the CFM manuals and FAA regulations.
* Understands and follows the priority order of the assignments.
* Ensure that every person assigned to a job has the correct work instructions, tools, and applicable references available and is familiar with what is required to complete the task.
* Assure proper documentation for work performed by assigned employees, reflecting the status of the job.
* Directly oversee the work performed by any individuals who are unfamiliar with the methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used to perform any maintenance, preventive maintenance, or alterations.
* Verify qualifications of assigned employees to ensure only properly trained and qualified employees are assigned to each task.
* Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental compliance.
Qualifications:
* High school education or equivalent
* +5 years experience as an engine mechanic
* FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate required
* CFM56-7/5 profficient
