Professional level of knowledge and expertise in adult education and instructional design and development, acquired through completion of a Bachelors degree. 7+ years of related work experience Experience in a healthcare environment preferred Experience to independently apply all parts of ID and ADDIE methodology to small to large-scale training requests required This is not a benefit eligible position.
