Recommend changes in patients' work or living environments, consistent with their needs and capabilities. Consult with rehabilitation team to select activity programs and coordinate occupational therapy with other therapeutic activities. Help clients improve decision making, abstract reasoning, memory, sequencing, coordination and perceptual skills, using computer programs. Develop and participate in health promotion programs, group activities, or discussions to promote client health, facilitate social adjustment, alleviate stress, and prevent physical or mental disability. Supervise, train and assess therapy students during onsite clinical affiliations. Keep abreast of developments in the field by reading current literature, talking with colleagues, and participating in professional conferences. Prepare and deliver lectures to therapy students at area academic programs on topics in area of clinical expertise. Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions. EVV uses multiple technologies such as telephonic, mobile applications, and web portal verification inputs to help electronically validate services and prevent fraudulent claims. The DHS Aggregator integrates EVV data for providers using the DHS Sandata EVV system and providers using a third-party (Alternate) EVV system. * Review and process all pending approvals in the EVV system. * Review the completion of the care plan for accuracy and alignment with care plan. * Transcribe comments from care notes accurately and timely. * Communicate and collaborate with clients to address missed tasks. * Address EVV setup issues with office staff. * Complete final approvals. * Review over authorizations and discrepancies with the schedule. * Escalate over authorizations and discrepancies with a schedule to appropriate representatives. * Escalate conflicts, grievances, incidents, etc to appropriate representatives. * Run visit compliance report as a final check of tasks and visits completed.
