The Center of Psychedelic and Cannabis Research at Segal Trials is honored to be the gold standard private research site in the US. An integral role in the clinical trial involving a psychedelic is that of a facilitator. Lead facilitator for Segal Trials, will be a licensed mental health professional. The Lead Facilitator is responsible for the oversight and execution of psychedelic & cannabis research clinical trials testing new treatments on the behalf of the sponsor/pharmaceutical companies. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Adhere to the established SOPs and WIs when performing delegated tasks.
· Expectation of weekly meetings with Site Supervisor and Rater, co-facilitator and study coordinator.

Work Schedule
Schedule will be protocol dependent and decided with 48-hour advance notice in coordination with Lead coordinator. The schedule breakdown is as follows:
· On-site dosing: 8-12 hrs. depending on protocol
· Prep Session and Integration Session: 1-3 hrs. This can be done remotely or on site, depending on protocol requirements.

Skills/Qualifications:
