Position Summary
Lodge Services is a detail-oriented, hardworking position. The Cleaning Specialist performs custodial and maintenance duties in lodges and around mountain facilities; troubleshoots, responds to emergency calls for service; implements setup and possibly takedown for a wide variety of mountain and community events; works closely with employees and the public to meet the custodial needs of the area; and resolves problems to ensure efficient and safe operations.

In addition to our wilderness environment, we want to provide an environment of cleanliness at the resort. The Lodge Service staff are responsible for the cleanliness of the resort and are front-line representatives of Mt. Bachelor, given the nature of working in multiple locations across the resort. Senior technician specialist job in Missoula, MT
Requirements
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Psychology - Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders.
Therapy and Counseling - Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance.
Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Education/Experience:
An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field. Requires one (1) year direct work experience and a current LCPC or LCSW License. As a condition of continued employment, AWARE's Co-Occurring Specialist must maintain the specific professional license and/or professional certification as required by state, federal governing boards, and other such certification boards. Co-Occurring Staff will be required to demonstrate or earn 4 Continuing Education Units in co-occurring therapy.
LICENSING/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Must have, or be willing to obtain, a valid Montana Driver's License. Must have an acceptable driving record, as well as an acceptable criminal and protective services background check.
