The Credentialed Trainer I is responsible for training delivery, support, and all related tasks associated with their assigned application(s). The Credentialed Trainer works with the Principal Trainers, Clinical Informatics Analysts, Clinical Informaticists, Health System leaders and Education to assure end users can use the system. They identify individuals who may need additional support or training and provide support, as needed. They ensure that students can use the designated application effectively and efficiently. The Credentialed Trainer is credentialed in assigned application(s) and maintains proficiency.
Responsibilities:
Help plan, organize, and teach classes required for the successful implementation and adoption of the electronic health record
Collaborate with end users and Principal Trainers to ensure build, training, and support is aligned with approved workflows
Collaborate with Principal Trainers to ensure coverage for all scheduled classes and support
Responsible for classroom preparation, making sure materials are printed and available, classrooms are organized and clean
Provide assistance in the maintenance of classroom information on online learning modules, assuring accuracy and completeness
Provide onsite end user support through rounding, attending associate fairs and other support activities; proactively seek out support needs and provide innovative ideas
Work with the provisioning team to assure associates have completed the appropriate training before access is granted
Ability to review Visio workflows and articulate the process as it relates to documentation in the EHR (Electronic Health Records)
Customize and create job aides as assigned, using approved templates, and adhering to standardized style-guides
Attend meetings, produce deliverables on time, and escalate issues or concerns appropriately
Complete job shadows, deliver training, support, and build confidence for end users
Function as an advocate for end users by relaying issues or opportunities for improvement to Principal Trainers
Ability to test and troubleshoot the Training and build environment
Training delivery including workflow-based and role-specific class content, eLearning, job aides, and Learning Home Dashboards
Work under minimal supervision
Elevate questions, problems, and significant challenges to more senior team members for direction or subject matter expertise on new or unprecedented assignments
Require minimal instruction on day-to-day work and detailed instructions on new assignments
Make decisions regarding own work on primarily routine cases
Strong organizational and communication skills
Other duties as assigned by Principal Trainers or Management
Requirements:
High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred
One+ year of experience with education. xevrcyc Healthcare industry education preferred.
Preferred experience with adult learners, in-person, and virtual training
Previous experience as a Credentialed Trainer, End User, Informaticist, Analyst, Logistics Coordinator, or Facilitator for one or more Epic applications is strongly preferred
Experience in instructional design, training, using Epic system
Experience with multiple full-cycle implementations, post-live support, and quarterly upgrade experience is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience or willingness to learn Excel, Teams, Shifts, Tasks, and Lists required
Experience with any industry LMS (Learning Management System) is preferred
Proven track-record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Achieve designated Epic Credentialed status within 6 months of hire (or as agreed upon with manager)

Summary:
We are looking for a highly capable Senior Construction Defect Technical Claims Specialist to join our team and work from any of the following office locations: Albany, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, Omaha, Richmond (VA), Rockwood (PA), or Springfield (MO). We work together in the office five days a week in order to strengthen our culture, build team connections, and drive profitability. This role will be adjudicating construction defect claims and contributing to providing superb results for our clients. The role reports to a Manager working from the Omaha office.
This is a 100% in-office position. Candidates must be able to work on-site at a designated company office during standard business hours.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Working with limited oversight under broad management direction, adjudicate construction defect claims at the highest authority limits on assignments reflecting the highest degree of technical complexity, potentially with major impact on departmental results.
* Conducting detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to find solutions to issues that are numerous and undefined.
* Reporting to senior management and underwriters Investigating claims promptly and thoroughly \
* Analyzing claims forms, policies and endorsements, client instructions, and other records to determine whether the loss falls within the policy coverage.

Qualifications / Experience Required:
* Must have good business acumen (i.e. understand how an insurance company works and makes money, including how this role impacts both Argo Group and our customers' ability to be profitable).
* A deep knowledge of Construction Defect claims through:
* A minimum of seven years' experience adjudicating construction defect with extensive experience with exposure of $100,000 or more.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required. Two or more insurance designations or four additional years of related experience adjudicating construction defect claims beyond the minimum experience required above may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
* Possession or the ability to quickly obtain a license in each jurisdiction requiring a license to adjudicate first party claims. A Florida or Texas claims license is strongly preferred.

Requirements:
· Min. 3 years' experience as a Technical Designer in the signage industry.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator knowledge is a must, other graphics software experience (Flexi, Corel Draw, LED Wizard, etc.) preferred.
AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other comparable 3D design experience highly desired.
· Able to analyze and interpret construction and engineering drawings.
· Exceptional attendance and reliability.
· Thoroughness and attention to detail.
· Ability to function as an effective team member.
· Good communication skills, able to help and teach others.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Effectively perform all water damage mitigation services the company offers
Visit new assignments/jobs, interface with customer
Ability to scope, document, contract, execute, and collect water/fire/smoke mitigation
Ability to perform physical functions required for mitigation setup and demolition
Focus and dedication to provide excellent customer service
Complete appropriate documentation for each loss
IICRC certified WTR-ASD
Ability to pass a driving, background check and drug screening
Evaluate the integrity of affected materials and contents
Ability to work with time constraints to meet specific deadlines
Additional duties as needed
Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicle
Maintain inventory of related supplies
Determine the sequence of steps to be taken when delivering the company's services
Maintain timely and effective communication and flow of information with Technicians, Supervisors or Managers
Excellent oral and written communication.
Qualifications-Knowledge
No less than 3 years experience in water mitigation
Ability to apply techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units
IICRC certified WTR-ASD
