**Qualifications**

Meal Planning & Preparation:
Prepare fresh meals (4 dinners/week), focusing on healthy options
Prepare quick breakfast, lunch, and snack options to ensure healthy, easy meals are available throughout the day
Assist with food prep (e.g., chopping vegetables, washing fruit, preparing snacks)
Help with meal planning and grocery ordering/sorting
Occasionally assist with dinner parties (extra pay for this)
Laundry:
Separate, wash, dry, fold, organize, and manage family laundry (clothing, bedding, towels)
Iron and steam clothes as needed
Manage linens: rotate bedding, refresh towels, restock essentials
Keep laundry area tidy
Household Management & Organization:
Light housekeeping, including tidying up common areas and maintaining cleanliness throughout the home
Restock household items and maintain inventory (e.g., toiletries, cleaning supplies)
Maintain existing household systems (80-90%) and assist in developing new ones as needed (10-20%)
Vehicle Management:
Ensure vehicles are clean and maintained
Schedule routine maintenance (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations) and manage appointments
Keep vehicle records organized and updated
Pay for and manage vehicle yearly registration
Pet Care:
Feed our dog and provide general care (occasional walking, feeding)
Coordinate vet appointments and grooming
Occasionally transport our dog to/from the groomer
Errands & Inventory Management:
Run errands (dry cleaning, grocery shopping, gift wrapping, returns, etc.)
Track and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, and household supplies
Create and manage a running household supply list and anticipate upcoming needs
Coordinate and manage household orders (e.g., Amazon, Instacart, etc.)
Maintain the household inventory and ensure timely reordering of necessary items
Deep Cleaning & Special Projects:
Perform occasional deep cleaning tasks (e.g., fridge, oven, grill, washing machines)
Manage special organizational projects, such as seasonal décor and closet refreshes
Maintain the household by overseeing and handling HVAC maintenance, air filter changes, and pest control visits
Vendor & Property Oversight:
Supervise or coordinate with service providers/vendors (landscapers, contractors, pest control, etc.)
Oversee outdoor spaces and seasonal maintenance needs (e.g., cleaning the space so it is ready to be used)
Additional Tasks:

Required Education and Experience:

* Training Delivery & Facilitation: Conduct comprehensive training sessions on quality standards, safety protocols, Inbound, Outbound, IC/RMA procedures. Provide both classroom and hands-on coaching, demonstrating a commanding presence and the ability to articulate and project instructions clearly on all warehouse operations and while operating MHE and WMS/RF systems.
* Instructional Design: Assist in the design, revision, and implementation of training materials. Ensure programs for warehouse associates remain current with operational needs and accommodate diverse learning styles.
* Safety & Compliance: Promote "Safety First" habits as a vocal advocate for site standards. Ensure all regulatory training is documented via meticulous record-keeping and conduct regular audits to maintain OSHA compliance.
* Operational Coordination: Manage training logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation. Proactively prepare all New Hire Training materials to ensure seamless onboarding. You will coordinate with all departments and teams for work, statuses, communicate and resolve discrepancies, etc. In addition, you will lead shift huddles and prepare daily agendas.
* Performance Monitoring: Actively observe and monitor trainee behaviors and performance with a keen eye for identifying learning gaps or barriers. * Communication, Command and Presence: Demonstrates a strong "stage presence" with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and project authority in a classroom environment among diverse audiences. * Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.

Knowledge and Skills: This is an entry level leadership role. Solid interpersonal and analytical skills are required. Generally, prefer a minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse and material handling operations.

Who You Are:
You're a reliable, hands-on kitchen lead who enjoys working in a fast-paced food production environment. What You'll Do:
As a Lead Kitchen Technician, you'll take hands-on ownership of daily kitchen production - supporting infused food and oil manufacturing while leading by example on safety, quality, and efficiency. Oversee ingredient preparation, production flow, and process controls to support daily kitchen operations

Train and support team members producing high-quality infused products, including emulsions, oils, and edible components
Partner with Processing, Packaging, and the Production Manager to plan timing, quantities, and product mix
Accurately weigh, portion, and track ingredients using calibrated scales to ensure consistency, portion control, and compliance
Prepare ingredients daily and ensure the kitchen is stocked, organized, sanitary, and production-ready
Perform QA/QC checks and support analytical testing to ensure product quality and consistency
Maintain inventory records for ingredients, supplies, materials, and equipment; support monthly and quarterly inventory counts and SOX audits
Complete Master Batch Records and accurately record all production activity in METRC
Maintain strict compliance with food safety standards, hygiene requirements, state regulations, and company policies
Support inspection readiness by maintaining documentation and assisting with state and internal audits
What You'll Bring:
You have at least 2 years of experience in a kitchen, production, or food manufacturing role, ideally with some leadership or lead-level responsibility
