Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for instructional delivery of intelligence-related curriculum in support for training requirements at Marine Corps Intelligence Schools (MCIS) Regional Intelligence Training Center (RITC). The RITC instructor will support the development course materials based on analysis of tactical unit requirements at respective RITC locations. RITC instructors coordinate with management personnel to identify, schedule and deliver intelligence training as required by Marine Corps operating forces.
MCIS RITC instructors identify, develop, and implement training solutions designed to enhance Marine Corps tactical intelligence capabilities supporting global operations. Instructors, in coordination with the MCIS RITC-Lead and the MCIS HQ Project Manager, conduct training and assist with effectiveness of training evaluation in support of Marine Corps customers at various geographic locations.
Conduct and facilitate intelligence training as directed for the RITC effort.
Assist in identifying training deficiencies and requirements from operational units.
Directly support the development and implementation of training solutions.
Provide training deficiency analysis, including evaluation, for training development and improvement.
Conduct operational unit command engagement with intelligence training leaders for training requirements and coordination of deliveries as required by the RITC Lead.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and 8+ years of experience with intelligence, or 12+ years of experience with intelligence in lieu of a degree
Knowledge of Marine Corps Intelligence operations, including company-level intelligence, collections management, and intelligence analysis methodologies
Knowledge of Marine Corps formal instruction processes and the Systems Approach to Training (SAT)
Ability to deliver instructor-led intelligence training and facilitate classroom and field-based learning events
Ability to identify training deficiencies and support development of intelligence training solutions
Significant working knowledge and experience with Marine Corps Intelligence including company-level intelligence, collections management, intelligence analysis methodologies are required.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Marine Corps formal instruction and systems approach to training is required.
Candidate must possess knowledge of sustainment training concepts and Marine Corps mission readiness exercises
Knowledge of multiple instructional methodologies that simulate real-world scenarios in the counterintelligence and human intelligence field
Currently possess a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen

Senior technician specialist job in Norfolk, VA
Norfolk Collegiate is seeking a Middle and Upper School Learning Specialist to support students with diverse learning needs in grades 6 to 12. Reporting to the Director of Learning Services, the Learning Specialist supports the middle and upper school Learning Resource Center, working closely with students, faculty, and families to provide specialized educational support to individuals or groups of students with learning differences.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with students both individually and in small groups to provide targeted support to address specific needs in literacy skills, math, executive function, or study skills, based on recommendations from psycho-educational evaluations
Empower students to cultivate self-advocacy and effective learning strategies
Track student progress in skill development, and communicate with families relating to students' progress; attend conferences with families as needed or requested
Partner with faculty to differentiate instruction and provide in-class support
Consult on the creation of individualized learning plans for each student and coordinate that plan with the classroom curriculum, in consultation with director of learning services and learning resource coordinator
Assist in the monitoring and implementing of testing accommodations
Attend faculty meetings and professional development sessions
Keep up to date with new developments in serving students with learning differences
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in education, special education, psychology, or a related field
Experience working with students with learning differences, preferably within an independent school setting
Training in executive function coaching or specific literacy interventions (Orton-Gillingham) is highly desirable

The **Training Specialist** is responsible for facilitating a variety of performance-based learning events that may include, but are not limited to general associate, management, sales, clinical, technical and operations training. Training often focuses on more abstract, less concrete soft skills training meant to influence behavior and buy-in from others.
