Job Description The SAP Test Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies to validate both SAP and Non-SAP system integrations. Develop, prepare, execute, and validate test scripts in SAP Solution Manager, QTP, and HPQC. Create and maintain test automation frameworks for continuous integration and regression testing. Review test scripts developed by test engineers to assess test coverage and quality. Plan automation test script execution, log and track defects, and verify defect fixes. Lead and mentor offshore testing teams, providing direction, motivation, and performance oversight. Collaborate with testing leads to ensure payroll tests are properly executed and accepted by stakeholders and vendors. Facilitate test execution, develop and maintain test evidence, and manage daily test status reports. Partner with functional and business analyst teams to develop comprehensive test scenarios. Manage test entry and exit criteria, ensuring proper validation before production release. Review business, functional, technical requirements, and process design documents to ensure complete test coverage. Gather and organize requirements in Quality Center using Excel templates and upload them into the HP Quality Center for traceability and execution. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in SAP testing including integration of SAP and Non-SAP applications. Strong hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager, HP Quality Center (HPQC), QTP, and Selenium. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage test automation frameworks. Experience in test planning, defect management, and test documentation. Background in leading offshore teams and coordinating multi-location testing efforts. Strong understanding of SAP HR modules and prior experience with SAP system upgrades (preferably 4.7 to 6.0). Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Software tuning of power steering systems on HIL and on vehicle. Electrical wiring/automotive harness creation for bench and vehicle to support testing and measurement needs. Control system software development using Matlab, Simulink, Control Desk, etc. Root Cause Analysis of past issues to improve current and future design activities.
