Perform installation and troubleshooting of Motor controls, VFD's, instrumentation, and graphical terminal interfaces. Ensure adherence to preventive maintenance systems for all production equipment and/or batching/processing equipment, including audits/verification of execution of predictive and preventative maintenance practices for all production equipment and systematic preventative maintenance, including electrical or mechanical adjustments, inspections and minor repairs. Act as a resource for mechanics in identification and correction of potential equipment problems and troubleshooting and maintaining production lines and/or batching/processing equipment. Properly perform all necessary maintenance tasks to production lines (i.e. rebuilds, welding, valve, pipe and solenoid selection, etc.). Maintain accurate records and logs as required. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) in the execution of the work schedule. Ensures the area is maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion. Maintain proper safety conditions of equipment including immediately correcting or reporting safety issues to your supervisor. Perform quality checks and accurate quality documentation as required. Actively assist with planning/scheduling and storeroom staff for tracking work orders, parts, and purchase requisitions. Identify and assist in the implementation of projects as required.     Customer Service Technician Full-Time | Travel Required | Streetsboro, OH (HQ) Our client that produces high-reliability power management products, is seeking a Customer Service Technician to join their growing team. In this role, you'll travel to customer sites across the U.S. and Canada to service and maintain backup power supply units, transfer switches, and related equipment. What You'll Do: Perform startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on equipment. Troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems using diagrams and schematics. Support customers on-site and remotely, including emergency response. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. What We're Looking For: Experience with electrical power systems and troubleshooting. Ability to read schematics and work safely with electrical PPE. You'll work directly with our proprietary Twist Aero HVAC units-verifying function, troubleshooting, and providing operational and maintenance training. This is a travel-heavy role: work is performed on-site at domestic airports, Monday through Friday, with some extended one-week trips.
