What we do:

Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts. Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives. Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable. Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up-to-date.

• Design and implement new organization structures, conceptual design, and development of training curriculum.

• Assist an organization to translate its vision and strategy into core human resource and business process.

Job DescriptionWork collaboratively with the various groups within the information technical department and with the business units to ensure that the appropriate level of quality is designed into IT solutions, and that the appropriate level of testing is incorporated into a given solution. Develop appropriate QA standards, guidelines and procedures. Ensure that relevant QA standards are followed.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Education - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or Bachelors degree with relevant work experience.
Years of Experience - A minimum of 10 years + of relevant information technology experience. Strong in Oracle EBS Testing with SCM Modules.


Technical Skills
Communicates with internal customers in non-technical terms. Communicates with applications, architecture and operations teams on issues that are encountered in testing and possible resolutions. Experience in EBS Testing (SCM Modules) creating and executing test plans/strategies and test cases. Solid experience developing and reviewing requirements and specifications for testability and decomposing requirements into test cases. Experience estimating number of required test cases and required effort Understanding of current software testing and/or software quality best practices. Experience in testing large data warehouses covering data extraction / transformation / loading, data aggregation, queries, etc., in Oracle -(Must have) Experience in using Tableau & OBIEE for analysis and reporting. – Nice to have Experience with Demantra. – Nice to have Experience in using Micro Focus [formerly HP] Quality Center for test case creation, test case execution, defect management, monitoring and reporting.
Qualifications :

• Solid knowledge of relevant information technologies and how to incorporate quality in solution deployment
• Experience with full life cycle software deployment
• Solid experience developing and reviewing requirements and specifications for testability and decomposing requirements into test cases
• Experience creating and executing test plans/strategies and test cases

What you will be doing

As the Penetration Tester you will be consulting on a senior level and provide professional support for major components of the company's information security infrastructure.

* Contributes to the development and implementation of security architecture, standards, procedures and guidelines for multiple platforms in diverse system environments.
* Consults with the business and operational infrastructure personnel regarding new and existing technologies.
* Recommends new security tools to management and reports and provides guidance and expertise in their implementation.
* Reviews and analyses highly complex data and information to provide insights, conclusions and actionable recommendations.
* Defines, implements, and applies area-wide security and/or COB policies and standards by leveraging in-depth knowledge of globally accepted information security and/or COB principles. Addresses high risk security concerns or incidents.
* Recommends course of action to mitigate risk and ensures that appropriate standards are established and published.
* Contributes to the achievement of area objectives.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred
* 10-12 years of experience in information security or related technology experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
