The Training Instructor (TI) is responsible for talent development initiatives through the facilitation of learning events which support strategic business objectives. The TI is focused on delivering training curriculum in a formalized classroom setting to effectively meet desired learning outcomes. TI can be responsible for newly hired staff through post-graduation observation and support, fielding questions while in production, and identifying opportunities for remedial training. TI will also assist other instructors when needed, compile daily classroom reports, and administer learning and performance assessments. In addition to demonstrating strong facilitation and classroom management skills, TIs will be responsible for building their business acumen to support the delivery of learning objectives. TIs may assist Training Designers in developing course curriculum to maximize learning.
