POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an experienced tech designer with a background in sweater knitting (accessories or apparel), yarn and fabric materials. Your primary role will be to own product creation, construction, fit, and quality of assigned Brands. You will create the tech packs, the primary source of communication with the factory, on specs for each style you manage. You will collaborate with the product business development team, merchandisers, production and overseas teams ensuring product technical execution and consistency meeting production timelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own product construction and execution based on the product brief, materials, and manufacturing capabilities.
Work in partnership with the Product Business Development (PBD) team in translating the buyer's tech packs and converting information into PSIs within the internal PLM system.
Create, maintain, and update technical information and measurement sets in the PLM system for owned Brands.
Understand construction and material impact on costing and provide recommendations for construction/material adjustments to meet the product brief.
Support Technical Design (TD) team in creating technical specifications during peak periods.
Check-in samples for owned Brands reviewing for fit, trim, and construction per the product brief.
Understand timelines and have a sense of urgency in sample turn times.
Support sample check-ins and document fit, trim, and construction feedback during peak periods.
Lead tech pack hand-off meetings to the overseas merchandising team and factory for assigned brands.
Attend 1st piece reviews with the overseas merchandising team.
Collaborate with product development and overseas teams to ensure alignment on product construction and timelines.
Participate in Brand meetings for seasonal kick-off, promoting conversation around technical construction details in alignment with brand initiatives.
Support PBD team in compiling trend and market research with a construction and materials lens.
Build seasonal trend presentations, specific to assigned accounts, using tools like 3D Apex, In-Design, AI, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
Prepares CAD/3D designs for assigned accounts, as needed, for presentations and sample requests (proto/SMS).
Train in 3D design and contribute to pushing the 3D program to its full potential through Research and Development.
Proactively provide suggestions on how to execute the product in the highest quality and competitive price point, aligning with the product brief.
Support product/decoration innovation through research and development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong understanding of knit structures and knit constructions.
Knowledge of fibers, yarns, knitting, and cut/sew knits, and ballcaps.
Ability to create technical specification package based on measurement sets, inspiration images, and product brief.
Ability to spec products, read and understand fit comments to make corrections and effectively communicate to the factory.
Proactively tackles challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, taking initiative to drive effective and practical outcomes.
Product risk assessment skills: can identify product risks in manufacturing and troubleshoot.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

In this multi-functional role, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple divisions to drive physical design methodology optimizations across the entire physical design space (library/technology/flows/design). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities may include a subset of the following topics:
* Drive PVT corners/ frequency targets while considering various product performance modes and guard bands
* Drive IP physical implementation recipes from synthesis to route to achieve the best performance/watt
* RTL (architecture) and PD co-development to identify bottlenecks
* Drive budgeting, measurement, analysis and tracking of power-consumption
* Establish global methodologies and best-known physical implementation recipes for optimal performance/watt across library/flow/Synthesis/P&R environment
* Drive best practices for global/local clock distribution methodologies including skew/power/jitter trade-off's
* Create guidelines on clocking/timing/power sign-off methodologies
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
* Expertise in these topics would be a plus:
* Design experience in sub-micron processes
* Familiarity with CPU and or GPU architecture
* Hands on experience with power-analysis and measurement tools like Prime Power and or Power-Artist
* Experience with high performance clocking
* STA methodologies for timing closure, OCV and other advanced statistical margining techniques

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

Job Overview: Leverage a deep understanding of the real-world goals of seekers, helpers, and agencies in navigating the social service ecosystem to drive the design vision and execution for our products. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design process, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver impactful and cohesive user experiences across our product ecosystem.Objectives:
Coordinate, and collaborate with User Research, Design, Engineering, product, and stakeholders to define and implement product solutions.
Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform your designs approach, iterate on, and measure the success of your solutions
Deliver appropriate and timely solutions that are grounded in empathy, data, and an understanding of what is technically possible
Communicate and foster alignment across company teams around design principles and approaches.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Strategic feature definition: Work with internal and external stakeholders as well as user research to define product features and goals. Balance business requirements with user needs and align the rest of the product team to the vision.
Analysis, Synthesis, & Ideation: Review product usage data and user feedback to understand our users' experience of the product. Communicate research and analysis findings through conceptual modeling, flowcharts, personas, storyboards, and scenarios, and present these artifacts to internal stakeholders to drive product decisions and design choices.
Wireframing, Prototyping, & Requirements Definition: Design new products, interfaces, and user experiences for web and mobile by creating wireframes, mockups and detailed design specifications to describe the user experience and interface. Work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure that design specifications are thorough, technically feasible, meet user goals, and are implemented correctly.
Communication & Alignment of Design Rationale: Act as the primary UX representative in strategic discussions, influencing decisions with a user-first perspective. Collaborate with Product to build alignment around product directions and to anticipate the impact of new designs/features on company processes and output.
Define & Institute Design Systems & Best Practices: Drive the quality and consistency of our product design by defining standard design practices and patterns for application across the system, based on current best practices and standards of usability and accessibility. Define broad implementation strategies to institute these systems and best practices, mentor others in adopting them, and hold delivery teams accountable to maintaining these standards.
Leading and Mentoring: Help align the team to the overall product vision and guide them to get there. Upskill more junior members of the team with guidance and mentorship.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience designing and launching software products with seamless customer experiences in complex, fast-paced environments requiring critical thinking.
Bachelor Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or a related design or behavioral science discipline a plus, or equivalent experience.
Work strategically with stakeholders to define large pieces of work while continuing to deliver high quality mockups.
Deep understanding of measuring product and customer success through design.
Owns of development and maintenance of Design Systems.
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, is aware of latest trends and brings them to the team to improve the process.
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring designers and fostering team collaboration.
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with partners across disciplines including Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
Nice to have: Familiar with the social safety net and has previous experience designing solutions for the space.
