The purpose of this position is to assist in the design and development of new commercial thermoformed food packaging tooling, as well as to help improve and analyze existing tooling by working closely with Corporate Engineering and Manufacturing. Must Have Graphic Lead Responsibilities * Develop and implement the overall creative strategy for a brand or project. * Define the brand's visual identity and ensure consistency across all platforms. * Translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts. * Lead and mentor a team of designers, artists, copywriters, and other creative professionals. * Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members. * Foster a collaborative and creative environment. * Oversee the entire creative process from concept to execution. * Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. * Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Develop and approve creative concepts, designs, and content. * Ensure creative output aligns with brand guidelines and target audience. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. * Communicate creative ideas and strategies to clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. * Present creative work and secure client approval. Ideal Profile: * Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts/Graphic Design (or other related field) or equivalent years of experience * Ten years of relevant experience, with seven or more years as a creative director in an agency or corporate setting * Ability to develop innovative and impactful creative ideas. - from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budget * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Familiarity with design software and industry tools. Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch etc * Understanding of design principles and best practices. * Understanding of marketing and advertising principles. * Ability to translate business objectives into creative strategies. * Extensive experience in a creative field, such as advertising, marketing, design, or film. * Proven track record of leading successful creative projects. * Proficiency in leading a team of diverse, talented creatives * Experience in project management, with a focus on creative direction Good to have You are responsible for: * Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts and solutions for a variety of projects including print collateral, digital campaigns, social media content, and branding materials. * Create compelling visual designs that are aligned with our brand identity, and that communicate our message effectively to our target audience.• Use a range of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality designs that are print-ready or suitable for digital platforms. * Work closely with the marketing team to create visual content that supports our marketing campaigns and that drives engagement and conversion rates. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met, and that the quality of work is consistently high. * Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, and proactively suggest new ideas that will enhance the visual appeal of our content.
