The total cash range for this position in Austin is $224,000.00 to $313,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $358,500.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in New York is $242,000.00 to $338,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $387,000.00, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $208,000.00 to $291,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $333,000.00. This role is focused on creating excellent content design to support our commerce platform and experiences.

**Compensation** **:** The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The salary range for this role is ($105,600 - $140,700). The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
