WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Graphic Designer for Rio Las Vegas, you will play a supporting role in creating visually compelling materials that communicate with our guests, promote our resort's brand, and enhance the overall guest experience. You will be responsible for designing various print and digital assets, including advertisements, brochures, social media content, signage, promotional materials, and more.
ROLE EXPECTATIONS
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both print and digital media.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and uphold the resort's brand identity and ensure that all design work aligns with the brand guidelines.
Marketing Collateral: Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners to promote resort facilities, events, and special offers.
Digital Media: Design graphics for the resort's website, social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
Signage: Design and update signage for the resort, including wayfinding signs, room signage, and event banners.
Collaboration: Work closely with the advertising agencies and marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and marketing goals.
Content Creation: Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas, ensuring they align with project objectives.
Photography: Collaborate with photographers to ensure high-quality images for marketing materials.
Print Production: Prepare and format files for print, ensuring high-quality output.
Trends and Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, software tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the design process.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work.
Knowledge of digital design principles, UX/UI, and responsive design is a plus.

THE ROLE:
Our Senior Apparel Graphic & Accessories Designer is responsible for creating original, visually appealing, and trend-right graphics that align with brand identity for a variety of clothing items. This role involves collaborating with design teams, product developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all graphic elements are aligned with the creative direction, market trends, and customer preferences. The designer must have a strong understanding of fashion and apparel design principles, as well as a strong proficiency in industry-standard design software. This is not a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute custom in-house graphic designs for product applications such as clothing, accessories, posters, website graphics, etc.
Work closely with fashion designers, product developers, and the marketing team to integrate graphics into product lines.
Coordinate with print vendors and manufacturers to ensure high-quality execution of graphic designs on final apparel products.
Conduct research on industry trends, emerging styles, and competitors to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and competitive in the marketplace.
Stay updated on new techniques, processes, and materials used in apparel design and printing.
Prepare detailed design specifications, including colorways, graphic placements, and size dimensions, to ensure accurate production of the designs.
Create mock-ups and tech packs to communicate design concepts to manufacturers
Create custom in-house designs for merchandise accessories such as bags, belts, wallets, key chains, stickers, hats, blankets, lanyards, etc.
Communicate specifications of designs in full detail to product development and technology teams in order to send final designs to vendors or factories
Assist in execution of any technical packages as needed
Facilitate with vendors and factories to turn over designs and to communicate the research of new design possibilities
Conceptualizing and brainstorming ideas for graphics and accessories with the Creative Design Director and other Insomniac team members for the various events in racing and festivals
Work with outside designers and artist in a creative direction, capacity, and liaison

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Must have 6+ years' experience in Apparel Graphic Design
Must be proficient in Adobe Suite with some Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook.
Must have strong communications skills both verbal and written and must be able to actively and attentively listen
Must be able to think through, evaluate and solve problems logically and efficiently
Must have exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Must conduct all matters and communications in a professional and courteous manner as a representative of the executive and the company

What you'll be doing:
Creates and/or enhances drawings, illustrations, game themes, characters, symbols, and effects.
Creates computer-generated animation of UI, symbols, effects, and/or characters.

THE ROLE:
Our Senior Apparel Graphic & Accessories Designer is responsible for creating original, visually appealing, and trend-right graphics that align with brand identity for a variety of clothing items. This role involves collaborating with design teams, product developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all graphic elements are aligned with the creative direction, market trends, and customer preferences. RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute custom in-house graphic designs for product applications such as clothing, accessories, posters, website graphics, etc.
Work closely with fashion designers, product developers, and the marketing team to integrate graphics into product lines.
Coordinate with print vendors and manufacturers to ensure high-quality execution of graphic designs on final apparel products.
Conduct research on industry trends, emerging styles, and competitors to ensure designs are fresh, relevant, and competitive in the marketplace.
Stay updated on new techniques, processes, and materials used in apparel design and printing.

Essential Responsibilities:
· Plan production setup within Civil 3D.
· Design, detail and annotate full civil improvement plan sets.
· Research existing conditions from available sources and perform site visits.
· Research municipal code and zoning ordinances to incorporate into designs.
· Develop planning documents and exhibits including maps, reports, letters, comprehensive and local plan packages, and presentation materials.
· Collaborate with interoffice teams and departments to prepare land development plans for submittal.
· Assist in the development of simultaneous projects with competing priorities.
· Address comments from clients and governing agencies.
· Translate sketches and ideas into proposed civil designs in Civil 3D.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Additional related work experience can be substituted for a degree).
· 2-5 years of design experience utilizing Civil 3D or other similar computer aided drafting software.
· Software proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and other basic computer programs.
· Ability to transfer notes, redlines or verbal explanation onto a drawing generated in AutoCAD.
· Excellent writing/editing, research, communication, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
· Understanding of engineering plans, maps and records.
· Experience with local Las Vegas Valley governing agency requirements and standards for plan preparation and development.

Job Description:
RWS Global is seeking a skilled and experienced Audio Designer to join our production team for the summer season. The Audio Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing all sound elements for our summer productions, ensuring high-quality audio experiences for live performances in a large outdoor venue. This role requires close collaboration with directors, musical directors, production teams, and technical staff to create immersive and dynamic soundscapes that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement soundscapes, effects, and reinforcement for all summer productions.
Work closely with directors and production teams to realize the artistic vision of each show.
Select, edit, and integrate pre-recorded sound effects and music cues as needed.
Oversee the setup, testing, and calibration of sound systems, ensuring optimal audio clarity and balance.
Manage and operate digital sound consoles, microphones, speakers, and other audio equipment.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to maintain seamless audio performance.
Supervise and collaborate with A1s and sound crew for live mixing and on-site adjustments.
Attend technical rehearsals, cue-to-cue, and run-throughs to fine-tune sound elements.
Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards in all sound operations.
Qualifications:
Degree in Sound Design, Audio Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
Proven experience as an Audio Designer for live theater, concerts, or large-scale productions.
Proficiency in digital audio workstations (Pro Tools, QLab, Logic Pro, etc.) and live sound mixing.
Strong knowledge of professional sound equipment, including digital consoles (e.g., Yamaha, DiGiCo), wireless microphone systems, and speaker arrays.
Experience working in outdoor venues and adapting to environmental sound challenges.
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and technical teams under tight production schedules.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide sound crew and technicians.
Ability to lift and carry sound equipment and work at heights if needed.
