MUST HAVE:
8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment
Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session
Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite

YOUR ROLE
Drive measurable revenue and performance gains by creating data-informed, CRO-optimized userexperiences that blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality across Launch Potato web properties.
OUTCOMES
Deliver complete, test-ready userexperiences-from concept and ideation through high-fidelity prototypes and dev hand-off-backed by A/B test results and user insights
Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iteration
Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, metrics (CVR, RPS), heatmaps, and user recordings to inform and validate design direction
Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints

TOTAL COMPENSATION

Job Summary:

Qualifications
* College degree preferred
* 2-5 years sales and clientele experience preferred
* Maintains professional appearance and wears required dress code when representing The Container Store
* Knowledge and passion for following trends in the custom spaces and retail industry
* Strong computer skills: proficiency in Outlook, Word and knowledge of Excel and Salesforce or Customer Relations Management tools
* Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
* Is committed to working scheduled hours and has the flexibility to work additional hours based on changing business needs
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization
* Ability to quickly separate the mission-critical tasks from the lower priority tasks; focuses on the most value-added projects of the day or week
* Flexible, with a positive attitude and passion for knowledge
* Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at once
* Possesses focused attention to detail while working quickly and accurately under pressure
* Makes strategic and effective decisions in the best interest of our customers and our company, taking care to objectively process information
