Who We're Looking for
We're seeking a Product Designer to lead the charge in crafting intuitive, delightful experiences for our users across web and mobile platforms. You'll play a key role in shaping how users discover, create, and connect through plans. Your work will directly impact how thousands of people make friends and find their place in a community.

What You'll Do
Design for Impact: Create holistic, user-focused designs that enhance the experience of making and joining plans IRL.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the VP of product, engineers, marketing and the growth team to define requirements and deliver consistent, polished designs.
User Research: Dive into the minds of our users through interviews, usability testing, and analytics to uncover insights that inform your work.
Iterate Rapidly: Prototype, test, and refine your ideas to balance user needs with business goals.
Develop a Design System: Contribute to and maintain a scalable, accessible design system that reflects Pie's brand and values.
Champion the User: Advocate for intuitive, inclusive design solutions that meet the diverse needs of our users.
Experiment and Innovate: Design and test growth experiments that help users discover the magic of Pie while driving engagement.

What You Bring
A portfolio that showcases your design process and demonstrates your ability to solve real-world user problems.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
Experience designing for responsive web, iOS, and Android platforms.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma
5+ years of professional experience in product design.
Bonus: Experience with growth experiments, social platforms, or community-driven products.
