We're looking for a Sr. Graphic Designer to take the lead on designing and concepting both print and digital projects for Altar'd State at Home. This includes everything from website design and packaging to catalogs, social marketing, and campaign creative. With a small but mighty team, this role comes with a lot of responsibility, so we need someone who's comfortable owning the entire design process-from creating and proofing to releasing files and uploading assets. Please bring a project example where you thoughtfully approached the brand story, design and imagery and took it from initial concept to completion. Job Requirements Partner with our creative director, copywriters, merchants, and product teams to create seasonal marketing assets - both digital and print. Adapt quickly and maintain accuracy through frequent updates and changes. Partner with the photo team to plan image assets, submit shoot and retouch requests. Work closely with the marketing team to design digital CRM, advertising materials, and internal communications. Research current design and graphic trends in home furnishings, fashion, social media, and marketing and how these apply to our brands. Ability to manage project timelines to achieve milestones and deliver projects on time. Communicate both written and verbal to ensure the team is aligned on project status. Other projects and responsibilities as assigned. Work in a fast-paced office environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
