As a Sr. Satellite Terminal Validation Engineer, you will be responsible for Customer Terminal (CT) integration and validation with hardware, software, and firmware. You will be working in a collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary team. In this role, your responsibilities include:

A day in the life
As a Sr. Satellite Terminal Validation Engineer on the Kuiper Customer Terminal Team, you will work daily with electrical hardware, RF, antenna, silicon, and product design engineers, as well as software and operations teams in a collaborative environment. Your focus will be on architecting, integrating, and verifying customer terminal functional performance to ensure it delights our customers.
About the team
The Kuiper Customer Terminal team is responsible for developing both outdoor & indoor devices, enabling customers internet service via the Kuiper satellite network. We own the entire process from early prototypes through mass production including requirements documents, architecture definition, hardware development, and all integration/verification testing.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of programming with at least one modern language such as C++, C#, Java, Python, Matlab, Golang, PowerShell, Ruby experience
- 5+ years of deploying and operating in a Linux/Unix environment experience
- 5+ years of systems design, software development, operations, automation, and process improvement experience
- Experience leading the design, build and deployment of complex and performant (reliable and scalable) software solutions in production
- BS or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field

What You Will Be Doing:
