Essential Responsibilities:
Partner with key stakeholders (including GMs, PayPal leaders, product and technology leads, architects and other stakeholders) to implement deposit product features and provide ongoing communication through project execution.
Provide oversight over all the phases of SDLC including but not limited to technical requirements, design/architecture, build, testing, QA, and Production deployment.
Manage technology relationship with PayPal and internal cross-functional business and technology teams.
Support project and program management for the PayPal Savings program, focusing on Synchrony governance and oversight requirements of PayPal led initiatives
Coordinate internal cross functional workstreams to ensure leadership is up to date on status of the program.
Ability to analyze production defects, troubleshoot systems, identify root cause, and implement fixes.
Own technology L3 governance activities related to PayPal Savings, including the ongoing identification, assessment of key operational risks (RCSA's) and the effectiveness of controls that address those risks.
Act as the primary technical liaison for internal and external audits, coordinating documentation requests, managing responses, and driving resolution of audit findings.
Document IT oversight governance of key processes, reviews, controls, and governance processes, including but not limited to projects, production incidents, disaster recovery testing.
Participate in issue management processes including Enterprise Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (EGRC) processes.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with minimum 4+ years of experience in Information Technology OR in lieu of the Bachelor's degree, High School diploma and minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology.
Prior experience as technical lead/technical project or program manager
Experience owning and delivering a mission critical projects on time and within budget
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with PayPal as well as internal cross functional teams
Ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships at all levels across IT and Business Stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is 90,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead and direct all aspects of financial management, including budget, revenue, payroll, purchasing, accounting, forecasting, grants and contract management, and payment functions for Little Flower, and is also responsible for the financial functions of St. John's Residence for Boys. The CFO will manage relationships with bankers and other financial institutions, auditors, as well as a broad range of funding/regulatory agencies.

Position Summary
Sikich is seeking an experienced SALT professional to lead the team, manage operations, and drive strategic growth initiatives. This role oversees engagements, provides state and local tax consulting, and serves as a trusted advisor to clients on complex tax matters.
What will you do in this role?
Oversee the SALT team to ensure compliance with developmental objectives and adherence to firm standards
Manage all administrative responsibilities for the team, including billing, training, recruitment, engagement letters, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Coordinate scheduling for the SALT team across consulting and compliance engagements.
Drive marketing and networking initiatives to support practice growth.
Actively participate in the proposal process.
Provide consulting services on state and local tax matters for current clients.
Research state tax issues such as nexus determinations, taxability analyses, and quantification of potential liabilities.
Advise on state and local concerns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and LLCs.
Oversee responses to tax notices and assist with tax field examinations.
Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding state and local tax matters.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA or EA certification preferred
Minimum of 15+ year of state and local income tax experience
Experience in reviewing multiple state tax income and franchise returns
Experience in consulting on state and local taxes
Proficiency with computerized tax software and MS Office.
Strong client rapport and project management skills.
Supervisory experience.
Flexible schedule.
Ability to service multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills with the emphasis on ability to articulate complex tax and financial information to all levels of clients.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $225,955.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as the final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
