Senior Vice President Job 15 miles from Oklahoma City

Job Details Edmond, OKDescription Reports to CEO WANTED: A smart, driven, people-first leader to help us run and grow our clinics. We're Primary Health Partners-a direct primary care company that's not small but not huge (yet), and we're picking up real momentum. This isn't your typical healthcare ops role. You could be a nurse, a business operator, or someone from outside of healthcare altogether-what matters most is that you get people , you know how to lead , and you're excited to build something meaningful from the ground up (well, we're a little above the “ground” level now but you get it). You'll be the kind of partner I can lean on-a right hand to the CEO-as we scale this mission. Some days you'll be deep in workflows or team conversations. Others, you might be rolling up your sleeves to problem-solve in a clinic. You'll constantly be executing and learning. Every day is different, but the goal stays the same: help our organization get better, for the sake of our people and the patients we serve. Compensation: It's solid-think between a seasoned clinical lead and an MD-level leader. We pay fairly, and we're growing fast. For the right fit, there's also the potential for equity-we want this person to have real ownership in where we're going. If you want a seat at the table, a chance to shape the future of healthcare, and a role where your leadership really matters-we'd love to meet you.
