We have an exceptional position for a seasoned sales professional with significant COLI sales experience to lead a sales team to growing Newport's distribution of non-qualified retirement plan services, institutional life insurance programs (COLI, BOLI, ICOLI, etc.) and fiduciary services by developing, directing, monitoring, and coordinating the activities of a professional team, devising, and implementing strategies for growth and developing critical sales relationships. Develops and implements a sales and marketing strategy, increases profitable opportunities and sales through intermediary partners, contributes to product development ideas and service delivery enhancements for plan sponsors. In conjunction with the leadership team across other Newport/Ascensus business lines, the candidate will execute cross-selling initiatives with specific objectives and metrics for measurement.
This position can be remote from any of the lower 48 states.

The national average salary range for this role is $150k-200k in base pay only, exclusive of any bonuses and benefits. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salary offered will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment. We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
