We seek creative, security-minded professionals to provide hands-on talent and social expertise in protecting TJX and its assets. You'll work with engineers, business programs, and other security professionals to adapt and improve our security posture in applications, infrastructure, and cloud modernization efforts. You consider core aspects of network and asset communication requirements to streamline troubleshooting activities and implement mature network security features to the business.
Successful candidates will have experience:
* As Subject Matter Expert (SME) of designated tools supporting Network Security like Firewalls, NAC & Cloud Security
* 3+ years of industry experience in network security or related fields.
* Network communication experience with strong static & dynamic routing, wireless, SDWAN, and web application knowledge.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practice, risk analysis & assessment, and compliance standards (i.e. NIST CSF, CIS)
* A keen & strong communicator with professional documentation skills.
* Major OS (Windows, Linux, & MacOS), scripting, and enterprise change management experience are a plus.

Knowledge Requirements:
* In-depth understanding of firewall technologies and network security principles.
* Proficiency in security compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
* Knowledge of network architectures (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and network performance optimization.
* Knowledge of cloud networking architecture and technologies.
* Familiarity with security tools such as intrusion detection systems (IDS), intrusion prevention systems (IPS), and WAF solutions.
* Ability to conduct risk assessments and vulnerability management.
* Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex network security issues.
