This position works directly with the client and is responsible for the planning and organizing of workflow, providing technical oversight of various project components, overseeing the preparation of design calculations, details and specifications, as well as plan reviews and modifications. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing calculations, participating in studies, and developing solutions involving stormwater management and flood risk assessment, mapping, and mitigation. The Senior Civil Engineer will lead civil design project teams to create world class designs for new projects, alterations and redevelopments on a variety of projects including power, process, corporate, healthcare, pipeline, airports, institutional, industrial, manufacturing, government and military facilities.
