QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in full stack software development, including front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), enterprise languages (.NET, Java, Python, or TypeScript), and strong database knowledge (SQL or related). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or strong on-prem background with demonstrated cloud curiosity. Proficiency in Git and familiarity with CI/CD and deployment concepts. Experience working in Agile/Scrum/Kanban environments with an understanding of iterative development. Strong understanding of modern development practices, including automated testing and DevOps principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a client-facing setting. Demonstrates an innovative approach and a willingness to integrate new tools and AI-driven methods to continuously refine development practices and client outcomes. Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience. Consulting experience and exposure to Infrastructure as Code experience is preferred.
