Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Assumes clinical and administrative supervision of nursing and patient care services for multiple units/departments or hospital/entity. Consults, advises or informs nursing providers and other leaders concerning issues that arise and their resolution as appropriate unit needs and/or problems during the shift worked. Escalates concerns applying the chain of command.
Consults and communicates with nursing and hospital administration as well as senior medical staff and other Nurse Leaders concerning any operational issues or matters pertaining to staffing and the management of assigned areas. Functions as liaison between patient care administration and medical staff.
Creates a professional atmosphere and an environment of coaching and development that supports shared/collaborative governance. Ensures effective utilization of the interdisciplinary model of care (IMOC) and associated standards of excellence. Rounds on patients during the shift for the purpose of engagement satisfaction and improvement in the care experience. Investigates and follows through on patient complaints and safety events.
Assists Nurse Leaders in selecting training and orienting department personnel. Receives and reviews preceding shift reports and notes patients' conditions when rounding on units. Coordinates department wide staffing patterns to meet safe and efficient staffing levels for each unit. Adjusts staffing to meet patient care needs and to provide adequate and fiscally responsible coverage of all units. Assists Nurse Leaders with unit/departmental staffing through coordination of float pool agency and per diem personnel.
Supervises coordinates and evaluates patient care services interventions during assigned shift. Intervenes where necessary to assure optimal patient care outcomes by utilizing approaches and strategies that support and optimize outcomes. Takes action to support the National Patient Safety Goals nursing sensitive indicators regulatory requirements and other identified quality metrics.

Responsible for the care management and care coordination of Medicare beneficiaries attributed to a medical practice(s); Serves as the liaison between the medical practice and the CTO's interdisciplinary care team.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Contributes to the achievement of established department goals and objectives and adheres to department policies procedures quality standards and safety standards. Complies with governmental and accreditation regulations.
In collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team acts as primary care team agent for the coordination of care for a panel of attributed Medicare beneficiaries by ensuring the following: Ensures attributed beneficiaries have timely access to care (same day or next day access to the patient's own practitioner and/or care team for urgent care or transition management); Facilitates use of alternatives for care outside of the traditional office visit to increase access to the care team and the practitioner such as e-visits phone visits group visits home visits and visits in alternate locations (senior centers assisted living) captured in the medical record; Assists patients with scheduling appointments with providers including annual wellness visits.
Attributed beneficiaries receive a follow up interaction from the practice within 2 days for hospital discharge and within one week for Emergency Department (ED) discharges; Coordinates referral management for attributed beneficiaries seeking care from high-volume and/or high-cost specialists as well as EDs and hospitals; Facilitates connection to services for patients who may benefit from behavioral health services including: patients with serious mental illness patients with substance use disorders' patients with depression anxiety or other mental health conditions patients with behavioral and social risk factors and BH issues patients with multiple co-morbidities and BH issues; Assists with identifying patients to participate in the Patient-Family/ Caregiver Advisory Council (PFAC) and help to organize and facilitate the PFAC annual meetings; Engages attributed beneficiaries and caregivers in a collaborative process for advance care planning (MOLST Advanced Directives Proxy).

Our dynamic and collaborative team is the driving force behind this mission, and we are looking for a skilled Epic Data Integration specialist with expertise querying and analyzing data from Epic's Caboodle and Clarity databases.
As Senior Data Integration Specialist, you will work closely with Medisolv clients to extract, transform and load clinical, financial and administrative healthcare data from Epic Caboodle data warehouses and Clarity reporting databases into Medisolv's data platform which feeds our suite of reporting and analytics products.
What You'll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives
In your first 30 days, you will:
Onboard with the data team to understand workflows, tools, and team dynamics.
Demonstrate proficiency in working with and locating key clinical data elements in Epic Caboodle and Clarity databases.
Demonstrate proficiency in writing moderately complex SQL scripts.
Become familiar with Medisolv's current Azure-based data infrastructure and Databricks.
Learn the existing end-to-end processes from Epic Caboodle and Clarity source data extraction, transformations and load into Medisolv's data models.
In your first 3 months, you will:
Learn the Medisolv data model into which Epic data is transformed and made available to Medisolv's suite of applications.
Learn how to correct and enhance existing Epic transformation SQL code to meet end-user requirements.
Collaborate with other members of the data integration team to provide insight into Epic data reporting best practices.
Become familiar with specific electronic clinical quality measure data use cases.
In your first 6 months, you will:
Collaborate with other team members to use Databricks to develop sophisticated SQL code and some Python code to transform Epic Clarity/Caboodle sourced data into predefined Medisolv data objects.
Assist with optimization of all existing Epic and other EHR Vendor data source transformation scripts.
Learn data quality concepts in support of electronic clinical quality measures.
In your first 12 months, you will:
Independently use Databricks to develop sophisticated SQL code and some Python code to transform Epic Clarity/Caboodle sourced data into predefined Medisolv data objects.
Work on optimizing and validating all existing Epic transformation scripts.
Create documentation and define Epic data reporting best practices.
Learn how to read and interpret electronic clinical quality measure specifications.

What You Bring - Skills and Experience
Required:
3+ years of experience querying and analyzing clinical and administrative data from Epic Clarity, Caboodle and/or Chronicles data using SQL.
One or more of the following Epic Certifications: Clinical Data Model, Access Data Model, Revenue Data Model or other relevant certification.
Strong understanding of clinical and administrative EHR documentation workflows and how they translate into the data stored in the Epic Clarity and Caboodle databases.
Familiarity with Big Data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data concepts to technical and non-technical team members.
Preferred:
Familiarity with clinical quality measures.
Familiarity with Python, Scala, Java or R.

This Director serves as the enterprise leader for data platform modernization, analytics architecture, and strategic enablement of health data across the organization. Accountable for the enterprise data warehouse (EDW), Microsoft Fabric platform, Power BI administration, and Epic reporting systems, this role drives the transition to a cloud-first, governed, and scalable data ecosystem in support of clinical, operational, and research priorities.
As a member of enterprise governance and technology councils, the director plays a key role in shaping data access, ownership, and security strategies across the health system. They partner with compliance, information security, and domain leadership to develop, operationalize, and enforce data governance policies-translating strategic direction into sustainable platform architecture and access frameworks. The director and their team lead the definition and stewardship of enterprise data products, enabling clarity, consistency, and trust in the organization's data assets.
This role is responsible for defining the enterprise analytics architecture, including standards for data modeling, curation, platform utilization, and cross-system alignment. They ensure that Epic Caboodle, Clarity, and cloud-based analytics solutions (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Data Factory, and Power BI) are technically integrated and strategically aligned. While not directly responsible for interoperability or real-time integration, the director ensures their architecture supports downstream research, reporting, and decision support use cases.
The director also leads the communication and socialization of data platform strategy across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with stakeholders in clinical, financial, and research domains. Their team is accountable for enabling adoption through structured change management, training, certification and education programs that support responsible and efficient data use.
The ideal candidate brings significant experience leading data infrastructure initiatives in healthcare, including cloud data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse), enterprise reporting environments (e.g., Power BI), and Epic data systems (Caboodle, Chronicles). Experience with Databricks (the current legacy platform) a plus. Candidates for this role should have deep experience in healthcare analytics, with a demonstrated ability to lead through influence, define modern governance frameworks, and deliver impactful enterprise solutions. An Epic certification in Cogito Fundamentals, Caboodle Data Model, or Clarity Data Model is preferred.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or equivalent is required. Master's degree is strongly preferred. Additional experience may be substituted for education.
Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred; Six Sigma or other operational improvement methodologies helpful.
A minimum of ten years IT experience, including five years management and five years Project management experience, is required. Proven experience leading large scale, complex projects.

About the Position

Qualifications
10 years of experience with CBRN-related programs.
Secret Clearance
Degree in the Biological Sciences
Direct experience providing subject matter expertise to the DBPAO and EB.
