Details about the Wellness Coordinator - LPN position we are hiring for: The Wellness Coordinator - LPN works closely under the direction of the Wellness Director to assure Resident Services including coordination and supervision of personal care, medication services, staff training, and supervision are completed on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Must be a LPN in good standing and meet all State health requirements. Experience 3+ years in Assisted Living and/or Nursing Home. Knowledgeable of State and local rules, regulations, laws, and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing. Previous supervisory and/or management experience in a related healthcare setting. Must have exceptional organizational skills and ability to re-prioritize daily tasks to accommodate fluctuating needs of the resident and community. Must have strong documentation skills. Must have experience in training and staff development. Must have the ability to develop systems for monitoring resident health conditions and for ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care. Under the SkillBridge program, GMR hosts active-duty U.S. Military members for skilled employment training during the final six months of their active-duty obligated service. The SkillBridge Program with GMR will run for up to 180-days. We're hiring Paramedics for our DOD SkillBridge Program that are passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality service and advanced patient care to our customers. Responsibilities: * Assess each call situation to determine the best course of action while working with progressive Paramedic protocols. * Utilize your Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures including defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen and suction devices, and intravenous fluids to provide advanced medical care. * Communicate with patients and loved ones to provide information and assurance that care is being given. * Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed. * Drive the ambulance on 911 responses. * Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow Paramedics. Other Responsibilities: * Participate in community programs to maintain GMR image and establish strong community relations. Minimum Required Qualifications: * Current Active-Duty Service Member * Meets DoD SkillBridge Qualifications * Available to participate 90-days. * Obtain approval from your unit commander and agree that participation in SkillBridge can be terminated at any time by the Service if mission requirements dictate. * Work remotely in the continental US * High school diploma or equivalent (GED) * State Driver's License * National or State PARAMEDIC Certification (as Applicable) * CPR Certification * PALS Certification * PHTLS or ITLS Certification * Pass Physical Ability Test * Driving Record in Compliance with Company Policy Why Choose AMR?
