The Level 3 Cryptologic Cyber Planner shall possess the following capabilities:
External engagement/collaboration experience (e.g. participation in cross-Agency working groups, JDA, field experience, and external customer support.

Education:
Doctoral Degree with 4 years of relevant experience, Master s degree with 6 years of relevant experience, Bachelor s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience, Associates degree with 10 years of experience, HS diploma or GED with 12 years of experience.

Experience:

Role Description:
Conducts verification and validation for security compliance of all information systems, products, and components

CTG is seeking to fill a Scanning Operator opening for our client in Chantilly, VA in order to support our growth. You will assist with the day-to-day operations within a Digital Imaging Center, with a focus on digital imaging and related duties.
The position is an operational role with accountability for managing all aspects of digital imaging and scanning. This position is key for meeting contractual SLA's and ensuring customer orders are completed per specifications.

Duties:
Conduct quality checks on own work to ensure accuracy and output meet standards.

Perform backfile duties for absent coworkers.

Document Preparation:
Validation/Reconciliation of boxes/files received.
Prepare documents for scanning by removing staples, clips, rubber bands, or any type of bindings.
Use a handheld scanner to scan the box barcode.
Insert slip sheets at appropriate levels for document separation.
Identify oversized documents for wide-format scanning.
Identify undersized documents that may need special handling and escalate exception items during production to the lead.

Operate high-speed scanning equipment to convert paper documents to digital formats.
Perform visual quality checks on each image to ensure it meets required criteria (e.g., no double feeds, clear content, appropriate thresholds, etc.).
Convert scanned documents, microfilm, and microfiche to digital formats.
Ensure scanned images are indexed according to the naming mechanisms provided by the customer and/or RDIC leadership.

The Impact You'll Have
You will serve as a critical risk manager and subject matter expert, providing legal guidance to help project teams deliver on government missions, develop advanced technologies, collaborate and negotiate with leading technology partners, and ensure compliance with complex and ever-changing legal requirements. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, lead efforts with technical and executive teams, and proactively build and implement processes necessary to mitigate threats and risks. This role is a balance of high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
The Work:
Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Legal Counsel
Define and lead the implementation of company-wide SCRM legal strategy, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks across third-party relationships (including hardware, software, cloud services, and AI vendors).
Stay ahead of current and emerging legal requirements, industry best practices, and supply chain security threats and vulnerabilities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives by providing timely and concise legal briefings and actionable risk mitigation recommendations.
Draft and negotiate robust security, risk-sharing, and compliance provisions within complex contractual documents, including subcontracts, technology agreements, and purchase orders.
Direct and support internal investigations related to regulatory and SCRM requirements, as well as security-related audits.
AI and Intellectual Property (IP) Initiatives
Collaborate with engineering and legal colleagues on AI and IP initiatives, focusing on legal compliance for software development and use of open-source software.
Manage and proactively mitigate legal risks associated with the development and deployment of AI and other emerging technologies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and industry standards related to new technology adoption.
Cybersecurity Counsel (Supporting Role)
Provide legal support as needed on cybersecurity incident analysis and response.
Conduct and support legal investigations related to cyber and other security requirements.
Collaborate with contracting teams on risk assessments, contract drafting, negotiations, and other compliance measures.
Refine cyber incident response plans and notification procedures.
What you need:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in a state bar. Must obtain a corporate counsel certificate from the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners or register as an in-house counsel with the Virginia State Bar if not a member of the Virginia State Bar.
A minimum of 3 years of significant legal experience concentrated in cybersecurity, SCRM, and/or government contracting.
Bonus points if you have:
Deep subject matter expertise in SCRM, cybersecurity, IP, AI, and/or government contracting legal issues.
Proven track record of independently driving complex, cross-functional projects to successful completion and exceeding expectations.
Exceptional legal research and writing, including the ability to clearly analyze legal issues, identify creative options, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
Proficiency in drafting and negotiating sophisticated contracts, policies, or other formal written products.

Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (defensive or offensive), privacy, or data protection (e.g., CISSP, CIPP/US, CIPP/E).
Experience applying federal acquisition regulations, including the FAR, DFARS, and other agency supplements and/or rules on safeguarding and dissemination of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
Supported companies and delivery teams in the professional services, defense, intelligence, national security, or software development sectors.
Experience speaking publicly, including keynotes or panels, on legal issues involving security, technology, or SCRM.
Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a proactive commitment to professional development in rapidly evolving technology fields

The Incident Manager will have experience managing incidents in a Network Operations Center or equivalent 24x7x365 operations center supporting the resolution of Major Incidents for an enterprise or Government agency. This position supports evenings and weekend as needed. Key duties include:
1) Performs all functional duties independently.
2) Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. 3) Monitor and support Incident management in production, development, and test environments in all data centers used by the client.
4) Provide a central point for coordination of incidents that arise in all environments. Establish and orchestrate bridge calls with emphasis on restoring service to users as quickly as possible, facilitate and troubleshoot toward resolution of incidents, and manage incidents to completion.
5) Coordinate, escalate, and/or resolve operational system/application/network events that have the potential of negatively impacting system and application availability to the user community.
6) Define and document metrics to judge efficiency and effectiveness of Incident Management Process. Examples: Mean Time to Repair, Mean Time Between Failures, Repeat Incidents
7) Create, update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, Technical User Guides, Troubleshooting Guides, and Customer Contact Database. Conduct quarterly reviews of all documents.

We are seeking a full-time Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager to join our team.
Role Summary
The Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) is responsible for the deployment, configuration, and management of enterprise endpoint systems across a large, Windows-based infrastructure. This role ensures consistent delivery of workstation and server configurations, patch management, software distribution, and endpoint compliance in alignment with enterprise IT standards and security policies.
The ideal candidate will be a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist with proven experience supporting medium-to-large enterprise environments.
What you will be doing
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for efficient management of Windows-based endpoints across enterprise networks.
* Plan, design, and deploy MECM site systems, hierarchies, and roles to support enterprise IT infrastructure.
* Package and deploy software, security updates, and operating system images using MECM.
* Configure and monitor client health, compliance baselines, collections, and deployments.
* Manage endpoint security policies, group policy integrations, and compliance reporting in collaboration with cybersecurity and systems teams.
* Develop and maintain task sequences, custom scripts, and automation processes to streamline software distribution and system imaging.
* Perform system updates, backups, and version upgrades of MECM infrastructure components.
* Coordinate with Systems, Network, and Security Engineers to troubleshoot deployment issues, endpoint connectivity, and compliance problems.
* Generate and analyze performance metrics, compliance dashboards, and software inventory reports for management and audit purposes.
* Maintain documentation of MECM configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Support lifecycle management for desktops, laptops, and servers, ensuring alignment with DHS or enterprise configuration baselines.
* Assist with Apple device management integration within MECM environments or via related platforms (e.g., JAMF).
Ray Range: $85k - $100k

What we need from you
Required Skills and Abilities:
* Proficiency in administering and deploying Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM) and its associated site systems.
* Experience with operating system deployment (OSD), patch management, software packaging, and hardware/software inventory management.
* Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, WSUS, and PowerShell scripting.
* Understanding of enterprise endpoint security, compliance, and automation principles.
* Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and cross-team collaboration skills.
Desired:
* Experience managing Apple systems through MECM or integrated management tools (e.g., JAMF).
* Experience with Azure Active Directory, Intune, or Microsoft Endpoint Manager in hybrid environments.
* Familiarity with federal IT environments and NIST 800-series compliance standards.
* Strong analytical and automation skills with PowerShell or System Center Orchestrator.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
* Minimum three (3) years of experience in a medium-to-large enterprise environment supporting multiple PCs and servers running Windows-based operating systems.
Certifications:
* Required: Must be certified as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) or equivalent certification covering MECM/SCCM administration.
* Desired: Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MDAA).
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain DHS Public Trust (Secret preferred).
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
* On-site role with potential for flexible hybrid arrangements.

Role Description:
Use information collected from a variety sources (e.g., intrusion detection systems, firewalls, network traffic logs, and host system logs) to identify potential vulnerabilities, respond to cyber events that occur, and defend against events that might occur.
Help develop mitigations to strengthen network defenses and protect against attacks on network infrastructure devices or systems.

Clearance: Active TS/SCI with polygraph
Education: Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (e.g., General Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, or Computer Security). Up to 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate degree.
Experience: Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, and/or systems engineering. Additionally, must have experience in network or system administration. If not credited toward education requirements, completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course), Undergraduate Cyber Training (UCT), Network Warfare Bridge Course (NWBC)/Intermediate Network Warfare Training (INWT), Cyber Defense Operations will be considered towards relevant experience requirement (i.e., 20- to 24-week courses will count as 6 months of experience; 10-14 weeks will count as 3 months of experience). In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements; recent Interagency language Roundtable (ILR) scores are required to substantiate your proficiency level. The total of all experience equivalencies is capped at half of the required years of experience.
