City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) (United States of America) Sentara Regional Resource Pool located in Hampton Roads is hiring an Inpatient Case Manager, MSW -Days/Flexi for the Resource Pool. Required to work 4 hospitals in the Southside or Western Tidewater regions. Location and unit to be assigned based on greatest need.There are three region options.Must be within 75 miles and 90 minutes of all four hospitals in assigned region.
• Operational hours = 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 7 days per week
• Flexi - Hours: The team member must enter at least 48 hours of prescheduled time per calendarmonth.
• Facility supported: Members of the team are required to work assigned shifts in all units within the case management specialty. Required to work in 4 hospitals in the Southside or Western Tidewater regions.
• Operational hours = 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 7 days per week
• Flexi - Hours: The team member must self-schedule at least 48 hours of prescheduled time per calendar month in API. Of these prescheduled hours, 16 hours are to include availability to be scheduled on a weekend.
Hospital Region Option:
Southside Locations only (Norfolk General, Leigh, Princess Anne, VA Beach General)
Peninsula Locations only (Obici, Careplex, Williamsburg Regional, Albemarle Medical Center)
Western Tidewater (combination of 2 Southside and 2 Peninsula) SNGH, SLH, SPAH, SVBGH SOH, SCH, SWRMC, SAMC
Minimum Qualifications:
*Certification in Case Management (CCM, CMAC or ACM-SW) required within one year of eligibility.
*Master's degree in Social Work
*One year of related experience
*BLS required within 90 days of hire.

**Job Summary:**
The Nuclear Medicine Tech applies the practice of nuclear medicine imaging through the safe and effective use of radiopharmaceuticals and nuclear medicine equipment.
**Essential Functions:**
* Oversees the procurement, preparation, quality control, calculation, identification, documentation, administration, disposal, storage, and safe handling of all radioactive materials.
* Responsible for scheduling exams and reviewing images to determine diagnostic quality.
* Starts and maintains intravenous (IV) access and administers medications as prescribed by a licensed independent practitioner.

**Surgical Assistant *- Maryview Medical Center***
The Surgical Assistant is responsible for preparing the surgical room, gathering patient and case specific supplies and equipment. **Summary of Primary Function/General Purpose of Position**
The Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist performs phlebotomy and specimen collection. They use Lab Information System (LIS) and Hospital Information System (HIS) to conduct functions related to phlebotomy, patient registration, order entry, result look-up and report generation. They process specimens for diagnostic testing and referral testing and sort specimen drop-offs according to insurance. They ensure accurate registration of specimens as needed.

• Processes and sends out specimen and body fluids
• Enters orders
• Performs accessioning, centrifuging, and aliquoting of samples

Days/Afternoons (United States of America) The Community Financial Services Specialist is responsible for supporting West Baltimore individuals and families in building financial capabilities, wealth, and providing tax preparation services. The individual will coordinate and deliver Bon Secours Community Works' (BSCW) financial services, tax preparation, financial education, 1:1 coaching and counseling. Will maintain and track program metrics and grant compliance for grant related services.
**Essential Job Functions**
Conduct client intake and assessments for financial services' programs.
Coordinate and deliver BSCW's financial education in group and/or 1:1 settings to community members, housing residents and and program participants.
Provide tax preparation services to individuals and business in the West Baltimore community and to individuals and families who qualify.
Develop and refine financial curriculum in budgeting, debt, credit, goal setting, emotional intelligence, and wealth building.
Monitor and report on grant compliance.
Conduct outreach and recruitment through multiple mechanisms including but not limited to virtual events, social media outreach, hiring fairs, and community events.
Compile and input data into assigned databases. Design program improvements strategies based on data analysis.
Manage partner relationships, including those with housing resident counselors and funders.

**Required Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree
Specialty/Major: Business, finance, social work, public health, human services, education, and tax preparation, advance level
