What You'll Do As a Senior Print to Mail Operator, you will: Monitor and operate the control console of a high-speed printer in accordance with operating instructions, to process data. Respond to operating and computer output instructions. Use, monitors and modifies the inserter setups to process the daily work on the inserting machines. Accesses the reprint facility to reproduce damaged material for prompt turn around on time sensitive material. Set up and operate Print to Mail equipment. Issue computer commands to control printer and insert operations. Make the necessary adjustments to assure the machinery runs smoothly and correctly. Set up forms as needed. Adjusts workflow during a run to ensure efficient processing. Refers more complicated problems to supervisor.
